Pretty great study spot, you do have to buy a drink for a maximum or 3 hours of internet. Self-service cleaning center to clean your table. Unsure about your order, ask them!

This is a cool place. However when I. Got there I had a business meeting with someone and we got to talking. I was just gonna offer my colleague a drink when. Booze the barista comes to the table drop off a menu and basically like you have to buy a drink. My colleague and I started c to laugh she got up to leave and I placed my order with him since he basically gave me the menu to order. He wasn't rude but the actions was more rude. That's not cool. Trust me I'll order something I'm not one of those people who's trying to use their facilities without paying for anything I wouldn't get out and brave the heat without doing so because I have WiFi and coffee at home. Its just nice to get out of the house sometimes in a new environment. I bought a beverage on the receipt it has Wi-Fi password and info on it. It took me a couple of tries to get on their network finally did the log in info says my Wi-Fi is only good for 3 hours. So I basically have to buy something every 3 to use the internet there. I never experienced that at Starbucks before or other coffee shops that I went to. Sorry I'm not a fan of that. I feel like if I am there for a long period of time working or studying I will buy more than one thing because I'm there for so long I'll get thirsty or hungry again and I shouldn't be pressured to buy multiple things just to use their Wi-Fi after making a couple of purchases already. I didn't see any plugs by the booths near the register not sure if that could be changed because it's a nice spot to sit at. The staff is friendly and the main area in the shop is clean. I didn't use the bathroom or sit on the patio to know if its clean. But this is a cool spot to chill with your friends or by yourself and read a book. If they could serve alcoholic beverages like wine and beer here that would be great too.

Really good iced coffee drinks! I love the caramel machiatto and the white mocha. I have not tried their hot coffee yet, but if it's anything like their iced or blended drinks I'm sure it's great. Oh, and they have delicious baklava.

Staff can be rude and annoyingly strict compared to other coffee places. There is an outside gate for seating, and they won't blink to call you out for using it as an entrance. They also don't allow any outside drinks, even if you buy one of theirs. If you're sitting and they see anybody in your party without one of their drinks, they will come over, throw a menu at you and hound you to buy a drink. It's very unprofessional and ruins the atmosphere of a good laid back coffee place. They must be close to running out of business and desperately need revenue. Never had these issues at other coffee places.
Updated to three stars because Zack was super helpful.

Coffee Rush has been my favorite coffee shop since moving to Arizona 6 years ago so the experience that I had this morning is disappointing. There is currently a mask mandate in Gilbert AZ right now and the staff are not enforcing that their patrons wear masks at this location.
I came in to get a coffee this morning and of the 4 other ppl in line, 3 were not wearing masks.
Unfortunately they have now lost my business and I will not be returning to this location while COVID is still rampant. I love your coffee, but my health and safety are more important.

Staff is always friendly and quick. They're personable. Every time I've gone there they remember me. The coffee is great also. I love this place!

Great atmosphere. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Never too crowded. Steady business but never too much. Great place for a first date meet & greet.

Here I am walking into Coffee Rush off of Val Vista and Elliot (in Gilbert) ready to sit down and finish up some paperwork in what I thought was a "friendly" and "relaxed" environment as they claim. It's 5:00am (06/02/2016). I walk in, put my books and backpack on the table then head out to the patio to smoke a quick cigarette. A couple seconds later I'm being told to leave by an employee who is throwing his hands up at me through the window. I was confused at first. I thought maybe the rules had changed and there wasn't any smoking allowed on the patio anymore. Nope. After I walk back in questioning what he was trying to tell me, he proceeds to tell me that unless I'm going to buy something, I can't be there and I need to leave the building. Since when can I not just come in and peacefully do some work? I even asked if I could stay if I bought just a muffin since I wasn't looking to spend to begin with. Nope. Long story short, I walk out insulted after being called "cheap" by the same employee then went to Starbucks right after because they could care less whether I'm there and have purchased or not. Apparently he got upset because I didn't buy anything but was "using his table" as he rudely explained. Petty, right? Never to return again. Coffee Rush should be ashamed. Be prepared to be forced to buy even if you just want to peacefully sit and read a book inside. "Friendly" and "relaxed" environment MY ASS. I'm appalled. Starbucks would never do this... Let alone humiliate me in front of other customers.

Not a strong coffee, but not bad. They do not have whole milk on hand. They have a lot of syrups for flavoring.
