Walked in just before 9pm. Door open, “open” sign on, but told by employee they were closed. If your business is open until 9pm, you should serve customers until 9. Horrible customer service.

Worst customer service ever! I was charged $.75 extra because I ordered a medium coffee with no ice wasn’t even given an option or told that it was going to be extra until I checked out when I asked about the charge .. she said do you want me to take the coffee back!? I rarely go there anymore because they are so rude. So another words they are ripping us off ..nice business!
