I really love Black Rock but their service is very slow. If you are on your way to work or in a hurry beware. I have been in line for 15 minutes and they have only served one vehicle. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common occurrence after 5pm. I usually leave my house an hour early just so I can get their drinks because they are that good but the speed they serve is an inconvenience.

I love Blackrock coffee. But this location is by FAR the slowest one... seriously. The queen creek location has far more cars in line and gets thru it faster. Please fix!!!!

I really miss my Alma school location and my Gilbert and baseline location they had the most upbeat personalities and we’re so friendly some of the people you have working at this location is honestly miserable and it’s very clear they hate their job it’s just not an environment that someone wants to go get coffee in the morning just saying
