The Human Bean

Moved to BHC 4 months ago and was intrigued by the place. Drove by many times before finally stoping in. Can I say great? Friendly, great service. But more importantly, great coffee. 1 hot latte, 1 cold latte and the tasted fresh, and homemade. Not your big chain brands. Hope to visit again soon. I love me iced lattes any time.

I get coffee here every morning! The best and friendliest coffee joint I have ever been to. Though. I did experience one issue where they over charged me by over ten dollars. They offered a ten dollar gift card and a large coffee free of charge for the error. Great service response on the management's part.

Overall not a bad experience. Worker was nice and pretty fast for being the only one working. Drinks were okay but didn’t really taste like much and were very over-priced. Chocolate covered coffee bean was cool though.

Went to the Human Bean location in Fort Mojave. Got the Salted Caramel with Macadamia Nut Milk. Very good!! Will definitely stop by here every time I'm in town

Seriously always hit or miss with this place. I know the products used in the establishment are good because I’ve had some amazing coffee from human bean. But it has to be a staff issue. Went about 30 min ago got a iced raspberry chocolate macadamia latte and the girl in the speaker seemed confused and kept re asking, then at the window asked about my order again and said “we don’t have that flavor” I had to explain to her how she would need to combine the raspberry with the chocolate macadamia…paid for the drink and she was offended when I didn’t tip(I always tip $5). But I’m not tipping when I have to repeat, and then tell them how to do their job. Got my iced latte haded to me with about 4 ice cubes in it. Almost $9 for a drink that will drink now out of obligation and because either way it still has caffeine in it. I kept going cause I try my best to support local, but won’t be returning. Wish this place was more consistent, with staff, staff training, and quality of production being pushed out. The 2 star at this point is because the drive through is the best part of the business.

I have two words love it Jordan at human bean was awesome and had the best customer service ever the jalapeño muffin and The Frapuccino’s were delicious😎👍

This coffeehouse makes the worst coffee and drinks. The employees deserve 5 Stars for friendliness but the business model and operations are lackluster at best and The Human Bean as a business deserves Negative Stars.

One of my favorite places to take my kids and enjoy a nice coffee and smoothie. The service is excellent and always friendly smile makes your day.. thank you

Good Customer Service. Greeted Upon Drive Through. Very Professional and Proficient Service. Reasonable Prices on The Menu. Located in A Congested Area. Quality of Coffee is Good.

They have the best coffee and blended frozen coffee drinks of any franchise. And the staff who work it are super friendly, and they work their butts off and probably don't get paid enough, so please tip well!
