The baristas there are great. I've been having them make me their favorite drink. So I've had a variety of things I would have not ordered. Great prices and great kids. 👍👍

Baristas are so nice and amazing. My dogs bday and they hooked him up with treats. So sweet and the drinks are always amazing

There was a miscommunication during our order and our drinks came out iced when they were supposed to be hot. Without hesitation, and with a smile, Chad got us the correct order and offered for us to keep the original drinks.

We came back three more times in two days and were pleased with every experience. Great hiring / training, keep up the good work!

Hit or miss. Mostly hit but almost always asked to clarify our order when we get to the window. I think there's a lil too much 420 indulgence going on with staff. *UPDATE* Just left and it will be our last time going. Once again, our order was messed up. Ordered a large smoothie and was given a small. We had already paid and he insisted that he needed to refund and recharge our card because of his mistake. Stating that "since we didnt WANT the small" (instead of admitting that he screwed up). Ended up costing us less without the tip anyway and they lost two good customers.

We were visiting from Calif and wanted to try your coffee. We walked up to window for service. We were greeted by a young woman and man (So sorry we didn't get your names down) They were both very helpful and patient with all our questions and requests. The coffee was great. The presentation was great. Wish you were in California. We could all use "The Human Bean" in our state!!!! Thank you for exactly what we needed for our 5 hour journey home....an excellent cup of coffee, expresso and smoothie !
