We loved the dog friendly environment, helpful staff and clean bathrooms. Getting seated was easy and our server got our orders in quickly despite a lot of people waiting on a Friday morning. The Chai tea was excellent but everything else lacked flavor and my eggs were cold and went to my dogs. Good not great.

We went for their vegan food selection, quite a few of the items made with Just Egg which is not available in Europe, yet.
It’s a comfortable place with friendly and upbeat staff.
The food was tasty, especially the omelette tasted like the non-vegan version.

A great place to visit when you are in Flagstaff!

Came here for the first time a few days ago and my experience was really good! The waitress was extremely friendly and accommodating. I ordered the giant cinnamon roll which was reallly delicious! I also ordered the BLAT which was really good! It was a little bit dry but it was still really good! I would highly recommend this place. The environment is extremely quirky. There’s different owl themed items around and the seating chairs are all different styles and sizes as well as the light fixture. It’s super cool to look around at the different items.

Another hidden gem. I love these places like this. The atmosphere and vibe are amazing and the service exceptional. Best of all was the food. The chorizo omelet was soooo good and the green chili sauce had so much flavor.
The Flagstaff omelet was delicious. The combination of flavors doesn't disappoint. I think next time I will try the Flagstaff with the green chili instead of the balsamic. Definitely worth the experience! 10 out of 5 stars.

Of all the places I reviewed on my Grand Canyon trip, this was the best (other than the Grand Canyon, of course). It was one of the top rated spots in town, so we gave it a shot. I'm so glad we did. We had just been talking about breakfast food before we found this place. The service was quick and friendly and the atmosphere was quirky and filled with Owls. The star of the show was the scramble with potatoes. Don't cheat yourself out of trying this place, I'd feel sad for you. I definitely recommend it.

Absolutely loved it! Food was great, server was really nice and attentive, and the atmosphere is adorable! All the vintage decor is for sale too and I got a cute lil owl statue 🦉 to remember the meal by!

Found this on an internet searching driving through town. We has breakfast and everyone enjoyed the food. The French toast was I.k. and maybe not Giant as advertised but it was filling and sausage was fantastic. Everything is owl themed and they have 2 locations in Flagstaff and apparently they will be opening a Phoenix location.

Consider this a 2.5 stars rounded up. This is for a breakfast as we arrived at 9am.
This is a very kitchy place, with beautiful owl decor and cute owl items for purchase, with owl shaped menus. There was a wait to be seated despite what looked like while sections of open tables, but it was only 10-15 minutes so we were happy to wait, and the real wait ended up being around 5 minutes. Once seated we received waters and decided to order the biscuits and gravy. I asked if there was anything the place was known for and our lovely waitress said a staff favorite was the tamales, so I got that despite eyeing the avocado smash toast. I requested a cute owl glass, which she ruefully informed they were sold out, so my boyfriend asked for the etched glass instead, to which she told us they were also sold out of (while disappointing, we understand this isn't her fault). The wait for the food was nearly a half hour, and out waitress didn't come back until she had the food. While they were busy, her absence was compiled by the long wait. I noticed other tables who left tons of food behind, which was slightly worrisome. Once we finally got our food, my boyfriend was rather disappointed in crumbling, seemingly store bought biscuits and the gravy was a little subpar. The potatoes were lacking in seasoning, however they were perfectly crispy. My tamales were moist, beef was tender, the beans were fine, and the eggs were cooked as ordered (Sunnyside up)and she got me a side of ketchup as she asked if we needed anything with our food (I prefer my eggs with ketchup). Boyfriend's coffee was never topped off despite being "endless" and also put in the most random mug ever (something about being a dog mom) which honestly was just funny. After paying (meal was 36$ plus $5 tip) we agreed this was a one and done deal. We were drawn in by the decor but have no desire to return. The food was just ok, the service was friendly but lackluster. The 2 stars is for the food, .5 star for the decor, and Google doesn't let you put half stars, so 3 is fine. Some here once for the decor grab a massive pancake if you want (they were huge looking at other tables and how many people left them behind), but don't rush over. I'm impressed with the large swatch of people that never died down waiting for tables. The rotation of seating people was quick enough but if I'm going to wait a half hour for breakfast food I'd prefer better.

So glad we found the toasted owl. It’s a cozy restaurant with fresh tasting delicious food! Decorated with owls everywhere and the furniture is mismatched but adorable. The chai tea latte was amazing, their breakfast potatoes were delicious. Our table of 7 all liked the food. If you get pancakes- just order one- they are huge!! I would definitely recommend.

The looks is fabulous inside and out...meaning it's an "everybody's" Cafe restaurant. Why? Because, it represents all generations of life. The inside theme, none can complain... I described it as authentic or an antique family breakfast resto. Food were great, portion satisfaction and servers were cool/calm and looked like dedicated employees. Hopefully the owner/s gives them increase...wink wink wink.
