Always an amazing experience at the owl. All the food me and my friends had was delicious. They raved about the tamales and my breakfast tacos were great! The entire staff was friendly and helpful and our server Adam was the best! Thank you for being open and operating in a safe way as well!

Rude owner. We came in a party of 20 including kids. Waited so long for our food. The owner was speaking poorly of our children while bussing the table and we hadn't even left. I confronted her about waiting for guests to leave before speaking bad of them. She told me to leave her a negative review...so here it is.

This place is pretty kitchy. Lots and lots of Owl items, they're really leaning into the owl thing. They also have multiple signs up saying that "everything" is for sale. Clearly the "vintage" stuff, like Owl salt and pepper shakers are, but good luck getting them to sell you one square foot of their floor.
The service was absolutely fantastic. You pay via handheld device is nice, tipping options are 20/22/25 which I'm not a fan of. Yes, staff deserves pay, etc, I won't go into that now, but if you're going to have auto options have enough to let me reflect what's deserved. 10? 15? 45?
Anyways, the menus are "distressed" to add to the kitsch. Sadly, that makes portions unreadable. Not that it's really necessary, the staff is so cool that you could probably just be like, "hey, can I get the almond cakes as a wrap with the sausage scramble inside and then like, a side of chorizo or something?" and they'll be like, "Dude, yes! Let's roll this out!"
Anyways, I look forward to their Phoenix location opening up!

Really big dog-friendly patio. We were told it would be a 25 minute wait but it was only about 10 which was great. Our waitress was really nice and our food was delicious. We had our drinks within 5 minutes of sitting down, including water bowls for our dogs. Our food didn't take long either. Overall, great service

A bit too loud for us. We had to hollar at each from across the table.

I've been wanting to try this place for a long time. I wasn't impressed. Waitress was too busy to really attend to us. I had to keep flagging her down. Our hot teas were not hot.

We both had burgers for lunch. My disappointment were the jalapenos and the hot sauce. Everything was mild. I asked for a spicier hot sauce and they only had Cholula.

The food is very bland. Then again, we're minorities and we like our food seasoned well. So for anyone else it might be great. But for us, it was, well, I'd rather eat at Coco's.

The Bloody Mary's were delicious.
Will I return? A big hard No.

This place was made by your imaginary aunt who instead of being a cat lady is an owl lady who makes really good food. The chai tea was super nice on a cool early morning on their wonderfully distanced patio. I can't wait to try their waffles....I went healthier with some avocado toast and ended up stealing some of my boyfriend's delicious omelet.

Great place to grab breakfast downtown. There was a bit of a wait to get in, but couldn't have been more than 15 minutes despite the fact that there had to have been 7 parties ahead of us. They have a nice outdoor seating area as well as indoor seating so you can have your pick. We sat inside and were delighted by the owl decorations and for a secret fun fact there are also hidden dinosaurs. The waiter was so nice took our son around to find them and then brought some back to dine with us.

We all left there quite satisfied with our breakfasts and the experience. I doubt there's anything on the menu that isn't good. Dishes were full of the flavor of the liveliness of the place made the meal even better. Thanks Toasted Owl!

This place is unique, just beautiful. It's just long waits to go in and also for the food to be served. If you are in a hurry you can find another place as there are more places close by that don't require a long time to be serviced.

It was good. I hot the avocado toast except my toast wasn't toasted. I would have preferred. Be careful about the hostess. We waited a long time. Finally I checked the list and even though we were standing pretty much next to the hostess stand we missed our name. So we were seated about 5 ppl after we were called. As we were leaving another couple noticed the same thing. She was barely whispering names. The server spilled our drinks, I was a bit wet. He didn't charge us for the drinks, but I was expecting a little more than that. The servers were so friendly, kind and made the best of it. I'd go back to try something other than the avocado toast since I've had better. If Venus Williams likes the place, I'm sure it's good.

This is a very quaint and homey feeling place. It seemed very down to earth. The people were very nice. We really liked the cinnamon roll! The portions are not large but they were just enough. I’ll go back because of the comfy atmosphere.
