Ten thumbs up. Sandwiches worthy of a veggie loving lumberjack. Great breakfast and homemade soups too. The coffee is very tasty and unique; not to be skipped.

Classic European Coffee shop with relaxing inside and outside seating. One of the best Coffee Shops in Flagstaff, for atmosphere alone.

We came around 930 (party of 3) and most of the tables were taken. It's first come seating. You walk up to one of the two counters to order, get your drink, and they'll bring your food while calling out your name. It's all vegetarian, but the portions are good and everything was delicious, so you don't notice. Every milk alternative available. Plus there's egg free, dairy free, nut free, gluten free, wheat free and vegan options and modifiers. We had the granola and yogurt, biscuits and gravy and breakfast sandwich on a biscuit. The eggs are pretty much all steamed which is a fantastic alternative to scramble. They were so light and fluffy! Definitely a great experience.

Great spot. Though it was really good. We came over from Sedona for breakfast and coffe and it was worth it. Bustling spot. Good service even though they were packed full. NICE to get some variation on coffee rather than the same cookie cutter template you get everywhere else. We would visit again.

Really nice lattes. The strawberry danish was fantastic. Eggs are tasty. Only thing is it was a little loud inside but not too bad when the crowd goes away.

Macy's is a great place for the whole family. They had a well rounded menu of breakfast/lunch items as well as a few vegan options for my kids and I. My husband had a cinnamon roll (not vegan) and I shared a blueberry scone (vegan) and banana bran muffin (vegan) with my kids. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and answered my questions about ingredients with care. We'll definitely be back :)

Busy little spot with good reason. Great looking and tasting coffee. Not many believe in coffee art anymore but they do. They had a nice food and pastry selection with vegan options. We will come again!

Average espresso. Drinkable but a bit on the harsh burnt side. I drink OM lattes, no sugar.
Cinnamon roll was very good.

The best coffee house in the world? Yes. I travel here just for Macy’s. I have a mug, hoodie, and beans. This is a must see in Arizona and the planet.

The coffee is good- ish. This used to be my favorite place to get coffee in flagstaff- but the last few visits have been very disappointing. Their food is not great. I went right when they opened one morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich. A croissant never looked so sad. It was like a violated vessel, hastily cut open and stuffed with an overlooked egg and put back together again ... I was extremely sad.
