Dutch Bros Coffee

Always very polite and willing to accommodate. I have never had any issues at either location in town and I go on average twice a week. The coffee is always amazing and the service is quick. Don't let the long lines fool you! It's there because they are that good! So much better in every aspect than Starbucks.

My son loves the drink here. Too expensive for me. I brought him to the store. He was happy.

This Dutch Bros is probably the most easily accessible in Flagstaff. It gets crowded quickly and the overflow traffic isn’t handled very well, especially in extreme weather events.

This was my first experience of Dutch bros. Always got the “Christmas Morning.” So good!

I always expect the bubbly, good looking employees here to start asking me if I have a moment to talk about our Lord and savior Jesus Christ, but they never do, they just hand me a kind of cheap-tasting but satisfactory espresso drink and I get a sugar + caffeine high

The cold brew coffee was good but customer service was horrible. They were just chit chatting when I pulled up to the window and playing music really loud. I also heard them say something nasty about the 18% tip I gave them. Just a weird experience.

I'm not one for buying expensive priced coffee. I've never believed in it. But I'll tell you what...?? I haven't had a Starbucks cup come close to the great tasting coffee I had. I even went back there the next day. And it was way out of my way but it was worth the walk in the snow. In the young lady at the window was smiling ear-to-ear like she was waiting for me to get there. Great place . great service. The coffee turned out to be the same price as if I got hurt at a restaurant..🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

This place is amazing! We used the walk up window (which I highly recommend because it is so much faster).

The order taker was adorable and friendly. I left wishing she was my friend.

This is the only Dutch Bros. in Flagstaff, so it's usually busy. The coffee is great. They have so many unique coffee flavors.

You'll Love This Place!

I love Dutch Bros so much but when I have to literally have to leave for work 40 minutes early because their staff is socializing too much with their college friends in the line it gets a little frustrating especially since the line was not long. I would much rather not have to leave 40 minutes early for my shift and go to Starbucks where I won't be late for work and I'd never have to honk my horn because the staff is discussing things that have nothing to do with what people are trying to order. Very disappointed.
