Dutch Bros Coffee

Very friendly people working here... you always get a great cup of coffee and a local treat/pastry.

The BEST experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. Staff were almost impossibly friendly and polite, service was quick, and the coffee was excellent. I would go out of my way to visit this location again, the experience was just that good. It was my first time at a Dutch Bros. and I am instantly sold. Can’t rate highly enough.

This place is great. The staff is so friendly and the coffee is awesome. We always try to check out different places when we travel but they got us to come back. Definitely check Dutch Bros.Coffee out.

the espresso is good - the wait is not acceptable. on a good day 320 minutes - i've waited over 45 minutes and was stuck in line missing a scheduled commitments - i was on inside lane as line was moving pretty brisk at first but then slowed to a crawl. as another reviewer mentioned the staff likes to chat with their friends/coworkers in line for up to 10 minute at window and like that reviewer I've witnessed staff get out of car after long chat to clock in

Awesome service. Even though the line looks intimidating it moves really fast. The drinks are large and very tasty. I had a strawberry banana smoothie and highly recommend it. I found the staff to be friendly and energetic. They seem to really enjoy their jobs. Dutch Bros is doing something right by attracting the right people to work there.

We pulled up and there was a line. Luckily, it went quickly and the girl who took our order was very helpful. I asked for their most requested drink, which was the Grand Canyon (hot). It was absolutely yummy and if you like sweet things this is it…which I later was reminded by my body that it was too sweet for me (82g sugar in the small).

Again, delicious but next time I go (and I’ll definitely go back) I’ll only drink half :-)

Watcha the dude that was taking orders in the line just talk to a car the whole time never when to any other car normally haslbe a good experience but this isn't okay if you take orders in the line your suppose to take orders to speed up the process not slow it down

Coffee is great, but a bit overpriced. Despite the long line, it usually gets through fast. It's Primarily a drive thru joint, so no inside sitting, but not needed in Flagstaff.

Use drive thru window orders will be ignored and you’ll be there way to long this location needs better flow and employee training
