Dutch Bros Coffee

The Dutch Bros is located near a plaza. There is always long lines when I go to this location so expect to wait around 10-15mins. Nonetheless the staff is always friendly and kind.

I live in central california by the coast and I have never gotten to try Dutch Bros before. The customer service was great and everyone was very friendly! The coffee was very good too. I tried the Candy Cane Mocha and my mom got the Chai Latte. Both good!

Mikey is the best worker at flagstaff Dutch on butler! He is amazing and so is Liam!! Slayyy

Awesome service. The woman at the walk-up window was friendly, not only in waiting on us but also in asking how our day visiting Flagstaff had been. Great prices, quick and friendly service, plus the coffee is delicious. I had a refreshing iced americano. Surprisingly small-town coffeehouse feel despite being a chain. Highly recommend a stop if you're looking for a coffee or dessert beverage!

Always friendly (is it possible for DB to have unfriendly staff?) and don’t let the long lines scare you, they’re quick! My fave is the peace rebel blended, yum!

Located in Aspen Place (Known as “Little Snottsdale” by locals). This location is busier than the other on 4th street because NAU is close by. Sometimes it is faster just to park and walk up.

Great drinks, not so great service. They have no sense of urgency. Seems like it’s just a bunch of kids hanging out, listening to music and “working” at a snail’s pace EVERY time I visit. And I understand trying to do “good customer service”, but that doesn’t mean chat it up for 10 minutes, learn a person’s whole life story and hold up the entire line. They just need better management, a mature, PRESENT adult preferably.

I am a HUGE coffee addict, and have never had an issue with Dutch Bros, until today... When I found a rather long hair INSIDE my coffee......
