Doney Coffee - not a coffee shop

Amazing coffee beans! There is a good amount of crema when I pull a shot with the dark sky roast and the decaf (early sunset). The taste is perfect and not too acidic which is my preference. For those that use a Eureka mignon grinder I do a 3 on the decaf and a 2.5-3 on the dark sky.

Living on the East Side of Flagstaff you support your local businesses. I saw this pop up on my Google Maps app just the other day. So when I saw this I had to contact a company and ask a few questions. Found out that Andy is the owner and his wife her name is grace. Very polite family , hes been brewing coffee for over a year now in his barn.
I'm no coffee expert but I had him brew me is a dark roast. Cool thing about what he does. He makrs your coffee the same day you ordered it. When I got my one pound bag home I immediately started brewing . Now the taste is phenomenal, There is no bitterness behind the coffee the aroma is absolutely wonderful. When you look at the coffee grounds all the oils are still there and the coffee is not dried out.
I had my wife try a cup and she is no coffee person at all but she absolutely loved it.
Needless to say I am going to be a new customer of his. The price point of his coffee is on point. And the biggest selling point is that he is only 500 'feet from my house.

I have ordered over 20 lbs of coffee beans both medium and dark from Doney Coffee since they opened and every pound has only ever been top quality coffee. Whenever we get them, this smell of freshly roasted coffee fills the room. Sometimes smelling these throughout the day makes me wish it were morning again. The dark roast beans haven't been scorched and have a nice oily sheen. Best roaster in town!

Shout out of appreciation for Doney Coffee, our local coffee roaster. They provide amazing coffee, both the medium and dark roast are available and I enjoy both. Nothing better than a morning sunrise and a cup of rich flavored coffee.

I have been ordering Doney Coffee for a month now and just want to say that I absolutely love the dark roast. It is absolutely SO smooth and tasty!!!! Andy has been great to work with and it is always ready and fresh when expected. SO glad to have made this find and nice to know my purchase helps a small business succeed.

I've really enjoyed the Medium Roast from Doney Coffee, tastes great hot or cold. Just about impossible to be more fresh, as I picked it up onsite the day after the roast date. Love supporting local, especially when it's high quality

The best coffee in Flagstaff, no contest. My husband and I don’t buy beans from anyone else anymore, and their roasts are second to none! I got my first bag as a gift at work and haven’t looked back at the brands we were buying beforehand.
