We stopped here on our way home during a long road trip and glad we did. Sam was the best barista I've ever had. He made great suggestions for each of us. After choosing the thin mint specialty drink I mentioned my favorite ingredients in a coffee. With my permission he turned that thin mint into a customized drink he called the Samoan. Dropped by for coffee break during a long drive. Lexi the barista was friendly to tell us about all the snacks available and took our order promptly. Chocolate chip scones, lemon poppy muffin were delicious.Nice place to hangout or rest with good cup of coffee. Restrooms and parking available.

Best coffee I’ve had in awhile!! They were quick with my order and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have a great variety of drinks, coffees and teas. I haven’t tried the food yet but it looked tasty! It’s just the perfect little spot for that caffeine kick, and pick me up! I’ll definitely be back!

Visited a few weeks ago in my way out of town and my cappuccino was bitter and way too hot. Tried it again today on my back but had the mocha and a chocolate chip cookie. The mocha was delicious and perfect temp. Cookie was moist and also delicious. Cute and quiet place. Fast and friendly service.

I have been here a couple of times and love the drinks. I was disappointed with the breakfast sandwich, though. I ordered the egg and sausage on a croissant, the size of the sandwich was nice but not the small sausage inside. It was good tasting, just would have liked a sausage to fit the croissant.

Matador is hands down my favorite local coffee place. The mocha is my go too, it’s super good. They have exceptional service, everyone is always friendly. I would hands down recommend this place to anyone. It’s a Flagstaff staple. Check it out!

Great cafe! I stopped in and had one of their sandwiches and it was fantastic. The people that work there are very friendly, and i also got a bag of their whiskey barrel coffee beans that were top tier! Id highly recommend stopping by this place if youre on the east side of flagstaff.

Usually on Saturday’s I swing by to treat myself, and enjoy the atmosphere before I hit the tasks of the day. But yesterday, I’m not sure who was working, my coffee was DEVINE. Always wonderful, but something about it yesterday made me do a little happy dance every time I took a sip.

I love this local coffee place! It’s been around for a while and there’s a good reason. The coffee is excellent and fairly priced. The breakfast items I’ve had have always been really good and all the employees are crazy friendly.
