Super quick service and sweet staff! My dad and I shared the fried green tomatoes w/ ranch appetizer (delicious!), dad got hamburger steak with black eyed peas and mashed potatoes and gravy, and I got country fried steak/gravy w/ mashed potatoes and gravy and salad. Food was great! Came with drinks and dessert! Yum!

Wanted a small town café experience… Stopped by Cindy’s in Prattville, Alabama. I was not disappointed! Retro cafe atmosphere. Personal and friendly. Many people eating… most seemed like locals. Had the opportunity to get a picture with Cindy. Had a very good meal at an extremely reasonable price. A large portion of fried okra and fried shrimp and cornbread. Even included dessert… I chose blackberry cobbler. All of this and a drink 10 bucks including tax. Enjoyed a very nice view of Autauga Creek while there. Definitely a place to visit for the memory.

This is our first time trying this restaurant and the food was good. Got the pot roast with coleslaw and mac/cheese.

This place is great. This was our first visit, and the food was great. Found out they have been here for 14 years. We will go back for lunch in a few days.

Wife and I went on the recommendation of her sister. Service was mediocre. Food was edible. My wife ordered spaghetti with meat sauce, which she said was just “ok.” I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich that came out with almost NO CHEESE. I sent it back and they barely melted the cheese on the sandwich before bringing it back out. At that point, I saw no reason to fight with them over cheese. Some of the cheese was still cold. I won’t be back! I’m giving two stars instead on one because the food was edible. Beyond that…they get a “Fail” for a first impression.

Cindy's Pasta Mill, across from Pratt Mill pond. Very good food, fast service (almost burned my mouth on fried okra they apologized for being "late" with) and a very "down home regulars" atmosphere. Highly recommend it. Kid friendly too.

Oh my goodness! Yummy! The guy in the hardware store recommended this place for lunch. He said that everything was good. He was so right! We both had the meat & two. Mine was hamburger steak & his was chicken fingers. Veggies were good but the outstanding ones were the black eyed peas and fried okra. The price was good at $7.99. Oh yes, that includes drink & dessert. I recommend the apple cobbler but he really liked the peach cobbler better. We have found our new Meat & two!

Im not going to lie, when we first moved back here in 2021 we were happy to have somewhere close to home to eat that offered country food. However in the last year the quality hasn't held up. Frys are tasting double cooked and soaked in grease. Everything started tasting like fried fish, and the service has gone down from what I can tell. I'm leaving a 3 star because I know it could be better. However my last three times eating there have been barely 2 star experiences . Just be warned it could be good or it could be bleh.

This place has classic American foods, I attached pictures of their Thursday fried pork chop special. They are only 12 bucks!!Go early at 5, if you go later the pork chops my have a burnt taste as they are cooking up so many.
