WHAT A MESS OF FUN & FLAVOR! Authentic beignets absolutely mind blowing! Light fluffy fresh! They offered the ingredients to make but I’m sure it’s impossible to duplicate! Open late night I went at 10:30 such a treat. They also have a variety of hot chocolate & coffee .
After you decide how many beignets you will stuff your face with you choose a syrup chose buttercream it was incredible!! All bad for your diet and blood sugar perfect for your soul!

I have never had beignets before, and I think this restaurant was an amazing introduction. The beignets were delicious, and the buttercream syrup provided was amazing. Can't wait to come back and try the new seasonal syrup!

Best beignets around. I've had the famous ones in New Orleans and I threw them away after eating one. This place here has perfected the recipe. They also have seasonal syrups and that excited me when I pay a visit. The establishment is well taken care of and family friendly.

Such a wonderful place and experience! This was our first time ever trying beignets, so we had plenty of questions but Moira and her coworker were incredibly helpful and friendly! She explained what the classic items were and what she would recommend. Incredibly fast service and more importantly exceptional customer service. We ended up getting 8 minis with cinnamon and buttercream syrup. It was superb! We will definitely come back if we find ourselves in the area again!

Exactly what a beignet should be! These French doughnuts are awesome!!! Customer service was great. They make their beignets fresh... not good cold. My picture did them no justice. They were huge!

The beignets are a returnable treat and the coffee is wonderful. Spice up the seating are to go with the area around the register and it's out of the park home run.
We are on vacation and I must recommend this best served morning experience to all first timers.
Everyone else just knows it great!

Amazing experience !! ❤💚💛💜 My hubby and I have been looking forward to trying Mo'Bay for months now, and we finally got to try it during Mardi Gras season. The staff was fast and friendly, and inside there is some beautiful artwork of Downtown Mobile, as well as the Excelsior band we often see in the parades. We sat outside and ate as we waited for an evening parade, and the food was INCREDIBLE. I have never had a beignet before so we got an order of the regular ones and the new minis. Totally a new obsession! They were so hot, fresh and delicious! It was such a perfect treat to share, and the butter cream sauce was the cherry on top! I will definitely be getting a jar of it next time we go! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The beignets are great as usual. And the seasonal syrups are always fun to try. A great variety of coffee as well. A nice place to grab a snack. Interior is definitely unique, very modern.

Stopped in only for coffee and ordered the pecan prowling iced coffee. Best way to describe the coffee was that it was a little weak on flavor although it could’ve been my mistake for not adding any syrup. It was not bad just not something I would come back for. I did not order any beignets, but we did see them being brought out and they looked amazing.

My first time. Very yummy. Very yummy coffee. I had pecan coffee. Nice atmosphere. Awesome employees. I really like how everything is put out for you too. Like bags to go. The napkins, lids we didn't have to ask for anything because it was already out. My favorite, the bathrooms were very clean!! 😊 the place in general was clean. And the beignets....sooo yummy!! We had Mardi Gras syrup with ours. I approve of both.
