Great food, drinks, venue and staff. Highly recommend! This is my favorite brunch spot. Mimosas are paired with a wide variety of juice options. Vegan Power Grains, pretzel bites, and steak n eggs were amazing. Kiddos had burger and fries...as parent tax is always is play, we can vouch fries were really good too.

I stumbled into this place while looking for another place. Overall it was ok. Service was average. Atmosphere was average. Staff was semi friendly. Recommend to staff when making eye contact then smile. No power cords where I think there should be some but then again I see other reviews where the manager is making people want to leave sooner? I ordered water, black bean soup with chorizo, and the shrimp and grits. All were delicious. Shout out to the shrimp. They were nice and jumbo. Good flavor too. Recommend and will come back.

The Standard is one of the best hang out spots that’s really a jack of all trades. You can grab coffee, pastries, some groceries, enjoy a delicious meal and/or hang out by the bar to enjoy wonderful cocktails and top shelf liquor!

We really enjoyed breakfast! Probably the best cheese grits I've ever tasted. Pancakes and sausage were also good, and we love the giant coffee cups! They have a cool vibe, and it's just a great place to grab a bite, chat, and also get some basic grocery items (and wine).

3 in 1. Totally love the vibe of this place. Think New York Bodega…whether you need a morning latte, fresh bread, a place to sit and work, a place to watch the game, a bottle of wine to-go, a fresh cut of sirloin, or a roll of paper towels, The Standard raises the bar with the best of everything. Just the parking is an issue because it located in downtown, but you can get lucky if you are heading there for breakfast. A great place to catch up with your friends and peers. I didn’t get to try the food, but I’m heading their way soon and will keep you posted!

Love everything about this place! Great service, great food, and great energy. Had the steak and eggs, definitely a top favorite. Will be coming back again!

The staff were really friendly and the food was good! The Avocado Toast was some of the best I've had but the $4 side of bacon didn't seem worth it (2 small pieces). The cocktails are great, though. The coffee was good but they lack a real espresso machine so they can't do non-dairy espresso drinks.

We tried a seasonal drink, the Autumn Spritz, and we had the Standard Burger. Everything was so delicious. The fries were crispy, the burger was cooked perfectly, and the drink was exactly what we were looking for!
Our server, Roman, was so kind and attentive! He suggested we try the bread pudding that he makes in house, but we were so full that we had to promise ourselves we’d try it next time!
Can’t wait to go back. Definitely give this place a visit!!

I went today around lunch with my mom, wife, and baby. Now I’ll admit, the seating was full. We managed to find some seats at a lounge area with couches and big comfy chairs. What surprised me was that they actually had a contingency for this; but let me get to that in sequence. Firstly, the place was packed, but the manager came over and brought us waters and took our drink order at a totally reasonable speed—note: he didn’t say he was the manager, but it was fairly clear. He and his staff were seriously amazing; I drink a ton of water, not even for a single moment was my water ever empty. The food got out crazy fast and all of us were happy.
-My mom got the omelette with Chorizo
-My wife got the French Toast
-I got the Black Bean Burger with sweet potato waffle fries
Onto their small grocery area:
It’s just like I described, they have a selection of gourmet condiments, foods, craft beers and wines. Although I’m not well versed in a lot of their wines they had a respectable selection of unique vino and craft beer; however, they had a specific line up of items that I knew about in their foods that I typically have to order from the maker. I spent like a hundred dollars, so their selection of gourmet finds is pretty solid.
All in all, it’s definitely worth a visit for the food and service; but, you might accidentally blow some money on the snacks.

Love this place, great brunch and cocktails. Feels like a bodega with the convenience store in the back; bonus for having a charcuterie section. I’ve been multiple times now and it’s yet to disappoint. The staff is also always friendly.
