This establishment treated some of the top doctors in Huntsville so poorly. Rudely told them that they had Covid (which they did not) and humiliated them in front of everyone there. You will be loosing the business of medical people in Huntsville. You treated the most loved doctors in our profession badly. Doctors who have saved hundreds, thousands of lives. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Educate yourselves about Covid and how it’s spread. You should be sued for publically accusing someone of having Covid at a restaurant.

I used to think this was an incredible business and enjoyed being a patron here, but apparently I was wrong! I wish you could rate somewhere with LESS than a star, a friend and his colleagues, some of which are former colleagues of mine were dining there the other day and were kicked out! They are physicians, healers, the ones that would be taking care of those who might need it and yes, in this time of a worldwide pandemic, Covid-19 patients! They are beyond educated and very, VERY aware of how to protect not only themselves, but all others as in the oath they took to do so as PHYSICIANS, yet were still discriminated against, yes it is discrimination, based on that calling to be a healer. Not to mention, the staff disclosed very loudly one of the patrons medical history, which is a HIPAA violation! For lay people, HIPAA stands for the health insurance portability and accountability act, under this act it assured that your medical history is and will remain YOUR PRIVATE medical information! By violating their privacy you may have disclosed something they didn’t intend on sharing! I know that sharing is a new concept to most and some think that everything should be shared with everyone all the time, however, that is not the case! Non-disclosure is not lying and being a cured person of something doesn’t affect anyone! These men and women would NEVER intentionally put the public in harms way. Shame on you for your behavior and ignorance! I hope your misinterpretation of the governor’s mandate and guidelines for reopening and the little power you feel you have made you feel better and hope that you don’t incur the fines that go along with a HIPAA violation! I will no longer be coming to this establishment as many other healthcare workers have already agreed!

While eating this afternoon my daughter had condensation dripped from ceiling in her bowl of potatoes and in her spoon. I told the waitress, she told a woman working there her response was well it’s just condensation. YEAH OUT of the Nasty ceiling. This being said WE WONT GO BACK. 🤮🤮🤬

Rolo's has some of the best food in Huntsville! From your plate lunch to your good old barbeque and ribs the service is great, the food is great, and the atmosphere is great! A good place to eat!

Food was good. The waitress wasn't the most efficient but she was polite. Had to ask for refill on drinks. Finally had to ask the cashier to get the waitress.
