AMAZING, Definitely a must if you like Boba or any kind of tea. I got the Thai milk tea with mango popping bubbles and it was delicious, it came in 3 mins after I ordered and it was busy I was so surprised but overall it was amazing!! I'm definitely coming back

The Brown Sugar Ginger tea with coffee bubbles was just what I needed on a cold fall day! I added 120% sugar because I 'm a sweetie, but you add your desired sweetness!

Love this place for a nice refreshing drink! My favorites are the taro tea and the cocoa cream wow with milk cap. Always a decent experience service wise, clean on the inside. It takes some time for them to make your drink usually but it's worth it. Definitely recommend to try if you're looking for a new place to get some Boba!

ooo the tapioca coconut milk tea was sooo good i will be coming back… even tho the large should be bigger for the price but it’s okay!

The wait is super long. Of course we know it’s a new place & popular, but there was only 3 people working in a packed store w/ one of them the cashier.. we ordered online and it was 20 mins past our est. time & order didnt come out. ( was a total of 40 mins PAST our est. time we had to wait even though we ordered ahead .. we finally checked w the worker& he acted surprised meaning they didn’t even start making our order yet ) These 2 stars are solely for the bubble tea. It taste the same as any other KFT franchise store. this specific location has ridiculously long wait / inefficiency / bad COVID social distancing regulation . We came to try it out but probs won’t be back. Nothing special .

UPDATE: they messed up one of our boba . We ordered a lychee tea w BUBBLE. You can see in the pic they charged us but we’re MISSING bubble. (Also my cocoa cream tea was too bland)

First time: wanted more of a coffee flavor, coffee popping Boba with coconut milk ( powder coconut milk) it was just overly sweet, too bad they don't use real coconut milk. It tasted like super sweet southern tea. I think the place at Bridgestone has a much better option as far as coffee flavor.

I come to this place a lot to get my teas but after today, they have lost my business.

The cashier was very unhelpful with selecting a drink so I couldnt explore other flavors. She couldn’t tell me what anything tasted like nor could give me samples. She just stood there until I ordered.

when my drink came out incorrect i told the lady with the Grayish ponytail my drink didn’t taste or look correct (i ordered a winter melon milk tea with bubbles) so she tells me to throw it away and she made another one. That one also came out incorrect while she is trying to talk to me as if I’m stupid and telling me it’s the same drink i had before, which was what the problem was. So When she gave me a chance to tell her what I wanted we were finally on the same page. She corrects my drink and when handing it to me says “next time say you want the milk tea” so rude and will not be coming back.

Does not disappoint. Great teas, boba and bubbles. This time I got the strawberry slush and it's awesome.
