Have always enjoyed Flint River coffee. Good food and coffee and friendly owners and employees. Recent expansion looks great and there's now plenty of seating. Well worth a stop!

Our family's favorite place! My husband and I have been coming here for years and love it! He gets freshly ground coffee to take home, and I love the smoothies, hot chocolate and Piper & Leaf tea. We get lunch there often and love the sandwiches. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, as are the staff and owners, who've become true friends. You won't regret stopping by, and your day will be better for it!

So today was my 1st time trying Flint River's coffee here in Newmarket. I wanted to try the Whiskey latte. Yum Right!! I decided to add White Pumpkin to it as well and make it blended. So I waited a bit in the drive-thru and then was ask to pull up to the rooster. I abliged. Within minutes my drink comes out! Yea!!! I'M so excited to try this new creation. Immediately I regret paying 7 bucks it tasted totally like Ice no flavor just blended Ice. So no biggie I turn my car around and go inside and just ask for a remake not wanting the same thing twice I ask Olivia for it not to be blended. She then states that will be another 7 dollars. I asked why... She said it wasn't our fault we gave you what you asked for. So then I stated you did but it wasn't made to my liking it tastes like Ice. Her rebuttal was we use the same amount of ice in everything.

With that may be true. In the retail world I'm in different brands make the same size 8 different ways same as batista at different coffee companies. Just because you come in my store buy a size 8 and if it doesn't fit I say sorry you bought your correct shoe size right. No exchanges you must pay full price again for a different size. That would be insanity right.

If this is there policy because they are a small business and did not account for losses in there business acumen for remakes they will forever have a sign out front asking the community to support their local coffee shop. Until Keith or the owner reaches out to make this right. I will never return to this company.
Customer service is what keeps me coming back not fancy buildings with popular brand marketing.

Note to Flint River Coffee take care of your local community and it will take care of you.

Great little coffee place! If you are on this side of town definitely stop in. Coffee is great and well priced, plus it has a great atmosphere.

The coffee is wonderful! However, on one of my visits, I was very disheartened to see the owner yelling at an employee in front of customers. Regardless of the issue, this type of behavior from a manager is unacceptable. Any issues with employees should be dealt with privately, calmly, and respectfully. Not right in front of customers. This made me highly uncomfortable. I haven’t been back since.

Always use to pass by when I stayed in Huntsville. I visited my mom and sister the other day while my sister and I had a little sister time decided to stop by since my dentist appointment was early and I didn't eat. I'm glad I did the sandwich was great.

Cute little coffee shop.. would be a great spot for a quick treat. And my Carmel Frappuccino was 😋 yummy..

Lots of room to sit around and work on a computer. And a few charging stations also!

This is THE BEST COFFEE SHOP. These are THE BEST PEOPLE!!! The coffee is twice as good as starbucks, hands down. Every staff member I have encountered has been so nice, happy, and really knows what good customer service is. I am so lucky to work 1 mile from this place. I get a variety of coffees and ALWAYS top off my trip with a cherry Danish. I am absolutely never disappointed at all. This place is my home away from home!!

Just had a great club sandwich and an iced mocha. Refreshing and satisfying! Just plain simple fresh ingredients treated well. The mocha was delicious and not overly sweet! Great atmosphere and friendly nice staff! Our favorite coffee house ❤️

This is my local go to coffee shop. I'm not overly enthusiastic about a particular national chain I won't mention. I pay these folks a visit instead anytime I can.
Not far from the house with a large selection, fast drive-thru service, high quality product there's really nothing at all to complain about.
Highly recommend if you're in the area.
