This place was great. It's just a counter of bar stools and one 6 top table. I'm pretty sure they are opening a new location soon that looks much bigger but this place was just fine. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers to go. They come with lettuce tomatoes and mayo. They were delicious. My only wish was that they toasted their buns. As busy as they were my food was fast and I think my total was less than $5!!

Biscuits were fairly dry.

The new location is definitely bigger than its original diner car not far from here. The food is excellent, as it always has been, with an expanded breakfast menu. Great service. A Huntsville institution, and for good reason.

Big Spring Cafe has great food and a great feel to it. I recommend going at lunch and sitting on the left side of the restaurant. John is always the server on that side and he helps make the experience. He is kind and energetic. The burger is simple and delicious and it won't hurt your wallet.

The burgers are tiny, but the prices reflect that. You definitely get your calorie needs from the grease, though. The burgers would be great if they would just put some salt and pepper in the meat, but they're good as they are. Way too crowded, but that's kind of expected. My glass was empty a lot on what the waitress called "a slower day" of work.

When you walk in it looks like an old school diner which we really liked. We were greeted when we arrived and the wait staff was super friendly. We had breakfast and it was brought to us very quickly. Our coffees were refilled often and the food was delicious. We would definitely recommend.

Just found this Huntsville "greasy burger" place. Excellent, hot and tasty burger joint. Friendly server. Meticulously clean. Have returned twice. Simple menu, food served just made and very hot. Served on waxed paper.

Always have and always will have nothing to say but greatness. Best burger in town

Delicious juicy, greasy burgers!!! Fantastic chili dogs and chili cheese fries. Love this place. Super nice staff. Can't wait for the new location to open. However, the hole in the wall will be missed.
