Update: still hard to get any service here. I just walked out after waiting 5 minutes and having no one come to the counter. Two or three employees were hanging out, washing mats outside and visiting. Changing to one star.
You can observe a lot while you wait for your coffee here. This place has a different set of teens running it each time I’m here. I guess coffee shops aren’t profitable enough to justify adult supervision, but they sure could use some. Lots of sanitary issues observed and basically no one around seems like they’re interested in working. This is run like it’s someone’s hobby, not a business. And requesting a tip before you’ve even done anything is an insult. It’d be nice to have a good alternative to Starbucks, but this place isn’t it.

This was a first time visit for us. The shop has a nice atmosphere, the service personnel are friendly and efficient. The coffee is excellent. We really enjoyed our visit.

Really cute coffee shop with great service and delicious food! I enjoyed my basil lavender iced latte (which the nice girl at the counter customized per my basil preference) as well as the bacon, egg & cheese crepe. So good! Would definitely return.

I went through the drive-thru for a mocha Latte. It was very well made. I am lactose intolerant so I have to substitute milk for almond milk. It was perfectly made and my service was quick!

Well this is my 3rd visit So I can honestly say that majority of the reason I rated them a 3 was because they aren't consistent. I've only ordered the Turkey and Swiss on a croissant. The very 1st time was so great. The 2nd time ok, but the 3rd time was the issue for me. I feel that this is on the pricey side but I'm the type that will pay for what I want. Today I was cheated!! I only received 2 very thine slices of Turkey on my sandwich. I don't know What caused this but today I didn't get my monies worth... I'm very disappointed 😞

Excellent coffee and food. I ordered a latte and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The service was prompt, and courteous.
This was my 2nd visit so I edited my review to reflect the improvements.

Very nice people and great food and service. Eat here several times and nothing bad to report. Tasty coffees as well.

The inside is cozy! I just got a black coffee and it was good. I also got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and I thought that was overpriced. Almost ten dollars for it with no side or anything. I tried my friend's latte and it was pretty good. I'll come back, I liked the atmosphere. I would give it 3.5 stars.

Went here with my daughter because I was looking for a cute spot for us to check out... we felt like complete outsiders ... staff were rude, and we felt completely unwelcomed... wish we could've had a better experince... too bad saw so many good reviews...

Great little coffee shop in an already busy shopping center. Packed on a Saturday. Coffee and service was good as expected.
