We stop here when we are in town and we usually have a great experience! However, today was not the case. I walk in and order a coffee, yesterday I received it hot so I was expecting the same thing today, and It was given to me iced. I was personally thrown off but after looking at the menu it does say iced, which is MY BAD. I wasn’t rude and just asked if I could get it hot.
There was NO NEED for the lightskin girl with the blue hoodie and short hair to be pretentious and shout in the coffee bar with an attitude to give out a free coffee. I would NEVER do that to any of my bar staff or any place of business.
Making people uncomfortable for a mistake was not needed. I was never rude to you, demanding, or anything. And if I had the same attitude as you, I would be in the wrong.

This was an amazing cup of coffee. I had a basil lavender latte. I was caught off guard. Didn't expect the coffee to be this freaking good. I got a bagel sandwich that was ok. It was delicious but nothing special. The coffee is beyond special. Can't wait to go back

Cafe Nutella is AMAZING as well as any of their croissants. Love the atmosphere- only issues we had was 1) Wi-Fi is super finicky and hard to connect to and 2) Prices are a bit steep. I have been to plenty of other coffee shops across the state and Southeast that have lesser prices... besides that it was great and I think I would def come back!

We ordered caffe latte and signature coffee. We tried them immediately after receiving. Both were super sour and we had to spit out. We told Staff something was wrong, then She let us taste milk. We found out, it was totally rotten milk.
She excused us that the expire date is still in 3 days later.
We have no clue how they keep milk (Probably all day standing next coffee machine?), but they should more often check the quality and Hygiene! She opened another milk and made them again (next one was OK).
4 staffs were in the kitchen, but only one staff got order and made coffee. So you have to estimate min. 15 min to get coffee.
We have been highly recommended this coffee shop by friend, but we would never be back.

I come to Santos often. I went into the establishment to place my order. I ordered an egg croissant and the representative (appearing to be in training) informed me they did not have the croissant. I ordered the mango Fresca....no mango. This is not an issue. What is an issue is the lack of concern/urgency....as if I should be gracious that I'm standing in the staff's presence...food be damned. I moved forward with my ordered as the cashier in training's bewilderment grew as she looked to her coworker for guidance. Just as bewildered, I continued my order forgetting to tailor my order. I've never been to this location without the representative asking the probing questions to cater the order to my liking (cheese type, etc). Why else would I pay this much for a croissant?...I REALLY like the customer service the food tastes like home and its close to home. I get home to a sandwich that my 2yo nephew could have thrown together with more love and care. I call the location to vent my concerns. No manager....no clue when the manager will be back....no number for the manager. Ohhhh...It's you...uninterested tenured coworker that should have helped...Got it. As I wait for the day that robots take over the fast food industry and we all experience the Chik-fil-a level of customer service...if it's after 10:30 AM I'll just go to Publix and make my own croissant. Manager keep the trainee...that's the only person that cares about the success of this location...but I won't be back to find out.

Good coffee, the coffee kind and not sugary. The lavendar latte was really good, the Nutella latte was ok as nutella does not really melt in a cold drink. The croissant was awesome and the muffin we tried was delicious.
The location has a great ambiance.

Ambiance was great and the coffee was fine but oddly there were no napkins in the whole restaurant. My son made a small mess and we had to use our own towel from my car to clean it up. Mgmt/ownership just needs to know that something essential was missing today. Thats all. Love the shop
