Ok well doughnuts are awesome but the caramel vanilla latte just tasted like butter old coffee. No flavors at all they made a new one and still like bitter coffee just not as strong. It's the machine not the people there

Doughnuts still good but price has almost put them out of the marketplace. Four doughnuts cost as much as what a dozen cost a short time ago.

Stopped in for the Santa Belly donuts with intentions on buying fresh Santa Belly donuts. I was very disappointed when we received what tasted like several days old donuts. They were very stale.

My experience was not a good one it was only 9:15 I did not get any of donuts I wanted because they were out and they were just the chocolate covered cream filled why would you be out at 9 also got to hot mocha caramel frappes that they said they would bring out to me and they forgot to bring them so I had to go in and get them and they were out of whipped cream it was a very bad experience I hope my next one's better

Always go when their hot and ready sign is lit to get fresh out of the fryer glazed donuts. They are amazing, hot and melt in you mouth. Also they have great variety of other donuts and have special occasion limited time donuts.

My fiancée and I ran in for a late night snack at 9pm this past week. First off, he had to get out of the car and ask an employee if they were still open, because it didn’t look like it. When we walked in, all the donuts had been cleared from the cases and put away, and the employees were mopping the floor and locking doors. We proceeded to order our donuts (which was very tricky, because the kid had to bring them out of the back on the racks for us to see what they had), but couldn’t get any drinks because they had already emptied out their dispensers. We were followed in by a large group of teenagers who had to go through the same mess to order.

I understand being proactive, but this was ridiculous. If your store closes at 10, then that’s when the employees should start cleaning up, dumping out, and clearing away. NOT an hour before. It’s an inconvenience to your customers, and there’s no telling how many potential ones drove off because the store *appeared* to be closed.

All that being said, it’s hard to mess up a Krispy Kreme - and the donuts were delicious as always.
