Krispy Kreme

I ordered a 10ct donut holes, an original glaze, and a chocolate glaze. What I was given was a kreme filled chocolate glaze, a kreme filled original glaze, and a 10ct, all of which was cold. I didn't realize I had gotten the wrong stuff until after I had driven off. I've always liked Krispy Kreme but this was not one of those times.

Love the HOT doughnuts. Wish they had them all the time. They have some that sit out in the open and get stale. Always out of blueberry cake. The machine must be messed up because the doughnuts are misshapen often.

We went in store and there was 3 young people waiting on customers. There was 4 ahead of us, we waited about 10 minutes before being waited on. I ordered a dozen glazed and a dozen assorted creamed filled. The guy put 9 creamed filled in box and said someone would have to get more from the back even though there was 3 in the shelf that I wanted. He left my box open on the counter and started waiting on other customers even thought someone had already brought the doughnuts up that I had ordered and was giving them to the next customer. He had never offered to get the glazed ones I had ordered. There was flies swarming everywhere. One of the girls working had to go to the manager, who was sitting at a table doing nothing to get her to help open a register. We walked out leaving the half made order with the flies. I won't be giving them my business that I didn't get today.

Yummy doughnuts. That's how it's spelled btw. The whole donut thing was made popular by the names of places that made doughnuts. If we change the way we spell words based on that criteria we must now write, or type, kwik, ez, and many others that I can't think of right now. We'll, that would have worked better with at least one more example. Oh, good doughnuts here. Hey, kuntchry and kubbard. Gotta love convenience store spellings.

Great place for HOT fresh donuts can't beat it!!!

This is the absolute worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to. Every time we go there are hardly any donuts left that we want. I believe I've only successfully ordered raspberry filled 2 of 8 times I have been. Their business decisions makes me question management. They told me today that they were only making three types of donuts for the holidays. It's December 26th and there are tons of people out and about. It's a normal work day. I don't typically rate a place bad on a first or one time experience. My repeat experiences have proven that this establishment is a one star rating.

No old fashioned? No Apple fritters? They didn’t even know what they were. No decaf coffee? Huh? Cashier had no customer service skills.

Great service got a dozen free donuts.

Good doughnuts but they are a little bit greasy.

I have been to this Krispy Kreme location several times. This past time I will not go back. I ordered a coffee through the drive thru. When the cashier working gave me my coffee she didn't have the lid on correctly. Hot coffee poured all over me and was also all in my car. As it happened I overheard the cashier saying that was the second time it happened that morning. I emailed & called Krispy Kreme to let them know. Of course I haven't heard back.
