Visited this location 2 nights ago with poor service...NEVER had this at this location! Arrived shortly before closing sat in line 10 minutes told were closed when I reached box to order..still 3 minutes til closing..I ask if there were no more donuts ..only response was sorry we're closed.

The donuts are good, but it's kind of pricey. They have these little paper like hats for free. They make any pictures you take look really cute though. For my daughter and I to have a latte and hot chocolate with some donuts, the total was around $13. Fun time though. The birthday cake donut was delicious.

The staff here are almost always rude and act like they hate their jobs. Makes me want to drive in the opposite direction to Lickin' Good Doughnuts where they have much better doughnuts and the staff is actually excited to have your business. KK is always out of something we try to order. But just the attitudes of the staff make me not want to go there... I don't even care if the hot light is on anymore. 😕

Ordered an iced pumpkin spice coffee and this is what I got it’s literally pumpkin spice flavoring in water that’s semi cold kinda disappointed:/.

The hot and fresh sign was on, long line at the drive thru. I got two chocolate cream filled and they were stale and hard. I've never had a bad donut at krispy kreme so was surprised and very disappointed. The plain glazed were ok but had to be heated to taste fresh.

We went straight through the doughnuts were still warm they had a selection of a wide variety. There employees were patient kind& curtious
They were through and knowledgable
The prices were reasonable the parking & easily accessible
I really enjoyed them no doubt !!!

Sad to see how badly the quality of this once great chain has become. For the price, there are other shops in the area, Krispy Kreme is no longer my go-to donut store.

The donuts are good as all Krispy Kremes, but the employees are not polite. A good lesson in manors would do them well. It always seems like younger employees with a good case of the "don't cares". Get some employees that care about their job and it'd be a great place. Until then, it's terrible.

There was a manager they have there that is awesome, I hate that I can’t remember her name to acknowledge how good she was to me. I accidentally ordered a Caramel coffee instead of a Latte, and I turned back to tell her my mistake, without hesitation, she fixed it for me & brought me my new drink out exactly how I love it. She was very sweet about it! Thank you so much to her for her customer service!!
It only gets 4 stars because THEY NEVER ASK YOU if your a member, for your number or to scan the app, or ever mention it, so because of that , I’m unsure if they participate in the rewards members or not... plus I never get to receive my points for it.
