The Spot Coffee Shop

What a cool spot (see what I did there). The coffee drinks and ice cream were great. I wish we had stopped in for lunch bc the menu sounded great. The interior is spacious with comfy seating and they had a pianist playing.

Very cute little coffee shop, amazing sandwiches and sweet staff. Loved it. My kids ate every bite of their food, too, which is rare. Will definitely be coming back here the next time we are near Ft. Payne.

I’m amazed!! I did not expect to walk into such an amazing space! It’s large, roomy, and has several different types of seating areas. The coffee is good and the atmosphere is great! I wish I lived closer - I would be here all the time!!

The spot used to be a fun place to go. There used to be art all over the walls, music, lots of places to lounge, and lots of food options. Now the walls are bland, there's no music, seating isnt as comfy, and the food is really expensive. It cost 30$ for two people and they put our food in to go containers even though we were eating inside. I miss the old Spot.

The Food and whole ambiance of this place is great. As long as you have ZERO mobility issues. Even if you do manage to get inside after tackling the horrid Stairs into the place, but then need to use the restroom, you’ll have to climb more stairs. The fact that this place doesn’t have at least a wheelchair accessible entrance tells me they're not inclusive and would rather not have disabled patrons.

I love The Spot but was throughly disappointed. Went for a chicken pesto and now they serve turkey pesto. I hope it’s a supply issue and not a permanent change. My mom got the chicken salad in a cup, and in her words “worst chicken salad she’s ate. Taste, texture, everything”. Only one person was there to work and she was not friendly when we arrived.

Amazing coffee!! We got the spot on signature, and it was very good.

First timer!! The young lady took care of my order because I never get anything straight from the menu. Once i told her how I enjoy my coffee. She said we can do this add that and it was perfect. I'm not even sure what it was except frozen and extra expresso with a hint of vanilla.. it was perfect. Thank you
