What a great little place for a lunch, coffee or something else! Good location, fun vibe. Very laid back kind of place. The food was simple in concept but more than delivered in flavor. Turkey bacon was fantastic! The hot pimento cheese was also delicious.
If you are in the area I would check it out if I were you!

Very nice old building that was a dance studio and a hardware store for the longest time.....Food was fantastic!! I had the Ruben and my wife had the signature spot panini. Both sandwiches were great with a pickle spear and seasoned kettle chips. Coffee was just as good....Peppermint bark latte was delicious!! Owners are a great couple who are also pastors at a local church behind the spot. It was a great experience and we will be back.

Very neat atmosphere. Some original architecture and a gas log heater. The panini and chips I had were really good. I had the signature. Later, I grabbed a marble breve that has chocolate, white chocolate, and espresso. It was also really good. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with my questions. Definitely a great SPOT.

Cute place with cool interior! I only got coffee here, but it looks like the food seems to be really good.

I got the winter seasonal drinks: hot honey latte and toblerone latte.

If you're looking for a fun little place to grab a bite to eat or some coffee look no further. The spot has an open seating plan and enough historic charm to go around. The staff are very friendly and speedy with orders! Will definitely be back!

Great coffee shop with lots of options and specialty coffee options! I believe I got the honeybun or cinnamon-bun on the specialty and it was delicious! My husband and I also got the signature spot sandwich and loaded avocado toast! Came here passing through to go hiking and will definitely be back!

Really cool little coffee place. I would much rather go to a place like this than a chain like Starbucks.

Adorable coffee shop! Great food, pastry, and coffee selection with friendly staff. I LOVE the Honey Bee Latte Iced. Lots of space to socialize or sit and work/study!

This is a MUST VISIT when in Fort Payne! The Spot Coffee Shop is a cozy coffee shop and bistro with booth and table dining as well as groupings of sofas and wingback chairs in which to relax. Cappuccino and Spiced Chia Latte were our drinks of choice and they were very delicious! The art work of local artists decorates the walls for purchase and as part of the decor. The Spot Coffee Shop is unique! It's NOT a cookie cutter coffee shop. It's SO MUCH BETTER than you know who.

Shop is located in an old building downtown. Loved the interior, original wooden floor and ceiling tile. My latte was very good and made better by the atmosphere.
