All around amazing!!! Hector was so friendly and the food was the best in town! I highly recommend going out of your comfort zone!

I ordered the Mofongo, the Colombian house speciality. It was outstanding!! My friend ordered the coconut wrap and was VERY pleased with the dish! It was the first visit to Hector’s for both of us. We had heard a lot of good things about this small, unassuming place. Everything we heard was true!! It has amazing and authentic Colombian food with a very friendly and attentive wait staff. Hector runs a “tight ship,” and his diners are loyal. Impressive ... a solid 5 Stars.

First time to try a Cuban restaurant and Hector’s did not disappoint us! It is a small but festive place with a VERY friendly staff! Our server Makenzie was VERY knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions on what to try. Everything was fresh, piping hot and flavorful! It’s a must try if your in the area!!

I was ecstatic to find a place that serves Cuban coffee around here, so of course we started with a cafe con Leche, and it was delicious 😋 I got the loaded nachos and my husband got a cuban sandwitch. Everything was phenomenal and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. I'd go back just for the coffee. ☕🤷‍♀️ 🤣

This is a hidden gem in the Gadsden Northeast Alabama area. The food is always excellent and the atmosphere is fantastic.

First time trying "Hector's Kitchen", delightfully suprising & quaint restuarant! Thank you to "Aubrey" for the superb service,overwhelming attention to detail,professionalism, and friendliness! I will definitely return to try out other menu items.

Upon placing the order at the window, the wait time wasn't long at all. While waiting sat at the patio and the weather was crisp.

Ordered "Coconut Wrap (Side salad w/Grilled Chicken), Mozzarella Sticks, Honey Habanero Wings, and Loaded Nachos (Half Picadilla Beef/Half Pulled Pork). Truly authentic, nothing from a can ,awesome spices, and savory. You can tell the food is made with love and not rushed!

Great small business. No precooked ingredients in Hector's kitchen. Everything is fresh and is a refreshing change from the usual. Definitely would recommend to make the stop for dinner or lunch. Try their homemade habanero salsa. I took home a whole pint! You can even say hi to the owner as you pay. He is in the back making plates!

This is a must try!! Excellent quality food...friendly outgoing servers. Very small place but great place to eat! Quantities fit prices. Can't wait to go back. This place is great for foodies not picky eaters. What I had was a special that I would love to see added to the daily menu!
