They are struggling due to no one applying but they are doing ok. Seem overwhelmed but friendly every time I order and will accommodate me if I need it at least lukewarm if headed to Billings Montana as I have a friend there loves the Big Daddy Burger.
They are the best burgers around for me. Remind me of a company called Mooyah.

The last 2 times we have been here, our order has been missing items. The first time I didn't realize it till I got home. I called the store and left a message for the manager and never heard anything. This last time, I checked the bags before I left the parking lot. We got back in line and handled the situation. Kudos to the entire team. This facility is way understaffed but these workers keep busting out amazing customer service!

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to get cold fries and a cold burger. They also use a cheap tasting strawberry syrup in their strawberry cheesecake spoonbender. They are definitely over-priced for the quality of food i received. I don't know if this is normal, but i will not be going back any time soon. The name of this restaurant is a lie and I did not have a good time. I paid $16 for a burger that I didn't even want to eat after I received it. I'm honestly completely irate and I'm trying to maintain polite composure as I write this. After reading other ratings it sounds as though management allows the same things to happen over and over again.

Got lunch in the drive-through, we discovered later that we were missing some items from our order. We came back later and they made it right no problem at all! We had a great experience with the staff

Awesome ordering process at the drive-thru. The guy gave us time to look and then calmly repeated our entire order accurately. Our burgers were fresh with buttery buns, tasty fries and excellent onion rings. They even had diet mountain dew. We were stuffed even before we got to the ice cream treats. $42 for 3 large meals and 2 desserts.

Sat here for 26 minutes with two impatient toddlers waiting for our food. It was only brought out after my father-in-law complained. And when it was brought out it wasn't even hot! Luke-warm at best. Our order was wrong on top of that. Also, the wild sauce wasn't normal good time wild sauce. It was watered down thousand island dressing in a soufflé cup. They must have run out of the franchise approved wild sauce. This is not an acceptable substitute. I asked for hot food to be made since I had waited so long. The manager said she would bring out some hot food right away. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I just demanded a refund and left. I wouldn't eat here again if I was starving to death because I am so infuriated with the complete lack of customer service and the lack of quality food. I saw several other people leave for the same reason. One couple with a toddler and a baby gave up after about 30 minutes and got their refund and went elsewhere. I don't expect much from fast food. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I would give zero stars if I could.

The only reason they are getting an extra star is because the food was good. The service, however, was a different story. The lady couldn't get our order right even though we repeated ourselves multiple times, she was too high to remember how to use the register, and in the end, we ended up getting the wrong food AND paid for things we didn't order. Then they locked us in even though they weren't closing for another 2 hours and rudely informed us that if we stepped outside for anything, we couldn't get back in.

Decent food, quick service. Not gourmet but then again who's expecting gourmet at a drive thru? All in all a very reasonable meal at a reasonable price with relatively quick service.
