Trailhead Restaurant

Just arrived here in riverton for this contract and came across this place from a suggestion from a local. Boy am I glad I listened. Best coffee I ever had. Warm friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious. I had the half mountain man order and I still couldn't eat it all. The biscuits were warm, fluffy and melted in my mouth. I'm from the south and their sausage gravy was great! Eggs were fluffy and hasbrowns were great also. Will definitely be coming here again. Maybe I will try dinner?

Today walked into the restaurant with four people FOUR. Immediately the hostess says “It will be 45 minute wait”. She didn’t ask of we want to wait, didn’t ask if possibly we had a take out? The woman was rude the restaurant was over half empty.
It was disgusting customer service the rude woman was just RUDE.

Good food and good Service...they have a salad bar!

Amazing... We travel a lot, and this is the best customer service we've received in a very long time. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. 10 out of 10!!

Amazing place to eat and even better hospitality. This place is what customer service should be. They are the highest example of customer service. Will eat here again the next time we are in town

For two cheeseburger and fries we paid $35.00 and the fries came in a paper bag soggy and warm… I asked for the fries to be fried hard and they weren’t… The burgers were hard and dry… Food came with no napkins or condiments for sandwich… Food was nasty and over priced… Never again…

Food was ok nothing special. Maybe we made the wrong choices. Roast beef, Cod Sandwich, Grilled Chicken, Club Sandwich. Our server was very nice and attentive however and the restrooms were immaculately clean. Would give it another try and order other items next time.

The food was okay because there wasn't much flavor to the omelets we purchased. The hash browns we got were under cooked. Not the worst place to go but they could do better. Might return to give a 2nd chance.

My server was excellent. The front of house girl was somewhat annoying. I was at the bar and she was just very unprofessional toward the cooks and servers. There are other ways to communicate, besides yelling across the room. Food was prepared well. Drink was not refilled, but they had a few large groups in that evening. I felt the price of my entrée was a little high for what I actually received. Ordered dessert to go. This is a small town, but a more professional demeanor across the board would help elevate this place a little.
