Breakfast served all day long. Just great and amazing customer service. We had to come back for dinner and it was even better. Sorry that I don't have the name of the servant but she was fast and great. Manager please let your crew know that we as customer see all their amazing job. And crew cooking amazing too. Let all know YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST... Thanks 😊

First off id like to start this review by saying our service was very good here, despite other reviews. Our server was very pleasant, attentive, and even chatted with us for a moment despite being busy.
The food, however, left much to be desired. I ordered the "special" which was a buffalo chicken wrap. I know better than to order anything too complicated at these types of places, and assumed it would be frozen/chicken tenders which can't really go wrong.. but somehow was mistaken.
My wrap was in a small, (stale) fajita sized burrito not intended to be used as a wrap. Because it couldn't be wrapped, it was simply folded in half like a taco and pinned with toothpicks. Ok, no problem if it tastes good.
Inside, I am not exaggerating here, we're 3 small Tyson Boneless Buffalo chicken wings.. ya know, the kind that are about 1". They were spaced out so much that every other bite of this tiny wrap was just lettuce and tomato. If you're going to make the world's laziest buffalo chicken wrap and put it on special, at least put more than 1 oz of chicken inside.
I'm a small woman, and I usually never finish my food. At this place, I ate all of my food and half of my boyfriend's club sandwich, because this wrap wasn't even big enough to satiate a toddler. I wouldn't pay $4.99 for this at a gas station. Enough said. Maybe the salad bar and soups are where it's at here, but for $16 and "one pass though" rules, doesn't really seem worth it.
Please buy better tortillas and stuff them with your oven baked Tyson chicken next time you offer buffalo chicken wraps :)

My parents took me here while I was visiting. The food is great! The staff was very nice. It's a very nice place, with a great atmosphere. A place where people know each other. It's got a lot of charm. I will be returning to eat here. Thanks!!

The food was okay. Best thing was the biscuits and gravy. Our waitress was really rude, seemed annoyed at our questions, and would walk off in the middle of us talking to her. She also interrupted another table to ask what soups they had that day since she didn't know. I asked her if the cinnamon rolls were good, and her response was, "They're homemade." I got the strawberry cinnamon roll and it was decent, but they're GIGANTIC. I couldnt finish it. It was also completely smothered in the sauce.
I hope others have a good time. My biggest thing was our waitress and I probably would have had a good time otherwise.

This restaurant deserves all 5 stars, the food was AMAZING! We were seated fast and our waitress was very attentive! Felt like we were family! Will be eating here every time we are in town!

Food was ice cold when we were served. I ordered a hamburger and it was cold, overcooked and dry without seasoning. When we mentioned food was cold, we were offered a 10% discount but not the option to have it warmed up so it was all thrown away. When we went to check out, we were charged for everyone at our table even though we all had separate tickets. We told the waitress that we were only paying for 2 meals, she got snotty and said she could not just reverse the charges so we were then charged for our 2 meals and now we wait for the voided ticket to come off our credit card. Manager was nice and assured us the extra money charged would come off. I do not recommend this place to eat. Travel to Lander and eat at the Oxbow, you won't be disappointed if you eat at the Oxbow.

The restaurant was busy, so that should mean that it must be good. Nah, not really. Went for breakfast and I won't be back, at least for quite a while. Our food wasn't hot or tasty. It was standard Sysco Classic stuff, carton hash browns, cardboard bacon, fatty chemical tasting sausage and mom's toast was burnt yet cold at the same time. The worst part though was witnessing the cook through the window into the kitchen licking his fingers. Nah, it'll be some time before I go back.

The waitress who served us treated us like family, laughing & joking like we grew up together. The food is awesome and their servings are so freaking huge! I only had a half order of biscuits & gravy and they give you so much food, I couldn't eat it all! Now, I understand why that place is packed and I mean packed. Groups of people had to wait 45 minutes but they didn't care how they had to wait to get seated and enjoy their food overload!!!! I highly recommend Trailhead. You won't regret it.

OMG good!! Kudos to the cooks and servers at the Trailhead Restaurant and the tasty Mother's Day breakfast--3 egg omelet, pancake, hashbrowns and coffee. A most superb breakfast, full of flavor, not dry...like the story of the Three Bears..."It was Just Right!!!!" And started this Mother's day off perfectly!!!

I quit eating here because of the terrible customer service almost a year ago. Today I gave in with family and we walk into a half empty restaurant with four adults two little kids and am told 45 minute wait. We tell the hostess that will not work and she quickly snaps back sounds good, she then says sorry I just filled all the big tables….really there are tables of four all open, is it too much to just push them together??? Sad, this used to be my favorite restaurant.
