Great small town independent book store with knowledgeable staff and good coffee.

I am a bread baking hobbyist. Somewhere along the way, I lost my treasured copy of the Breads from Rose Lane Farm. I finally found a copy at Night Heron Books via the internet.

The book arrived within the promised timeline -- despite how terrible deliveries have been this season (Dec. 2020). It was in the condition described, actually a little nicer. And it was well-wrapped to protect it again possible exposure to winter weather.

I'd recommend trusting Night Heron to make an internet purchase.

Pricy but delicious. Cozy and relaxing

Amazing selection of tasty teas and coffee. Laid back atmosphere among the used and vintage books. Pastry and lunch selections change daily and seasonally with local ingredients.

Staff was friendly and shop had a chill atmosphere. Such a unique place, I loved all the books around me as I had my cappuccino and watched the rain. Very homey. ❤️

Staff was rude and condescending. Books were overpriced. Food was over microwaved. Coffee was good though. Bathroom was clean. Atmosphere was nice, but cramped.

This place is such a gem in Laramie. You can buy used books of good quality at a great price. If you are looking for a place to read or get some writing done, you would do well to come to Night Heron. So what are you waiting for?

Great coffee, nice atmosphere for working or meeting friends. Food is good, staff is friendly. A peaceful little place in wonderful downtown laramie.
