Fantastic breakfast place with only fresh pastries and croissants. Next to that they have a great menu and the staff is super nice as well. Parking is not an issue, but make sure you are on time. It can be crowded, although a lot also just buy for takeaway.

Persephone was such a quaint little hole in the wall of a place with a great "tea shop" feel to it. Every bit of the food was absolutely delicious! We ordered their adult grilled cheese which included grilled onions, bacon and fig jam! With a side of their incredible sourdough and strawberry rhubarb jam, a cherry cream cheese croissant, and a London Fog, we had quite a delicious meal. They certainly deserve the high ratings!
So good we had to go back a second day, and wow, was it worth it. They had sold out of the Cheddar Pepper biscuit skillet the day prior and we really wanted to try it. The flavor of the biscuit alone was incredible, so moist and tender, and the baked cheddar on top just made it more so. But then add on the egg (we had it over hard, awesome!), and the gravy, and then BACON pieces. My goodness this dish was insanely good and so flavorful. A must have for sure. Enjoy!

We came here for breakfast in a beautiful Saturday morning. The food was delicious and fresh. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The baked goods are the best we tasted in town. The place is very family and pet friendly.

Incredible art and tastiness! Thank you Iki for sharing your artistic skills with me!!!
The cookies and muffins my husband I shared were delicious and my latte was so beautiful I kept getting distracted with taking pics while sipping the yumminess of my lavender and honey latte ❤️
Thank you Courtney for recommending the treats and that I get a latte! We are saving the rice crispy treat for later in the day. Thank you Persephone Bakery for ending our time in Jackson, Wyoming with fun and great energy. You made my day and I’m ready for a five hour drive home with the hubby. ⛰

I’ve discovered this place on my week long vacation, and I’ve come back every day for lunch. The food is amazing. So far, I’ve had the coq au vin (wonderful), and the grilled cheese sandwich (I’ve ordered this twice now, it’s the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t have thought a balsamic reduction, smoked gouda, and Brussel sprouts, of all things, would work.. but wow. Trying to convince myself to try something else on the menu today for lunch, but chances are I’ll go with the grilled cheese again). The raspberry mocha seasonal latte is just a dream. The teas are all very good and come in an enamel coated cast iron teapot, so it stays warm while you eat. It’s a very generous amount of tea - I refuse to let any go to waste, so I will drink the whole thing. But really, it should probably be shared.
There is a downside, though. There are only 6 or 7 tables, and it turns out everyone else knows how good this place is, too. Each time I’ve gone, I’ve had to wait 20-30 minutes for a table. And I’m not the only one waiting. So either plan to get take out, go at a non-popular time, or be prepared to wait patiently for a while until a table clears.
5/5 stars. Will be sad when I have to go back home and I can’t lunch here anymore.

In the few times I've been here over the past year I've had good experiences. The baked goods are made with care, and breakfast is always well done.
A few downsides: the coffee can be inconsistent (mine was overly bitter today), some mains can be small for the price compared to others on the menu, and the place can be so packed--especially in winter when there is no outside seating available--that it can get a little uncomfortable (a good problem to have for the restaurant though).

Went here so many times on my quick trip to jackson! The latte, homemade almond milk, and pastries were sooo good. Love all the options and baked packaged goods for little made in jackson souvenirs. Can’t wait to be back

Found!
This perfect bakery to either pick up coffee and a croissant or sit down for a fuller meal and long chat. It is an intimate setting and therefore a place to read the paper or have a quiet conversation. The baked goods are excellent and everything is prepared well.

The baristas here are the best! And their seasonal lattes are always delicious!

I ordered the basic breakfast. Quality ingredients and very friendly staff considering the amount of people dining. Great selection of loose leaf tea. Second day in a row going. Comfortable seating inside and outside.
