Wonderful breakfast in a great location. Surrounded by lovely open green space, the outside dining is energizing. The coffee and baked goods are incredible. The wait staff is plenty and they stay on top of clearing and keeping the tables clean. The food is farm to table and is served much faster than expected, considering how busy they are. This morning I had a lavender honey latte with breakfast. Yum!

The breakfast was awesome! Got the breakfast sandwich and the bread pudding french toast. Both were delicious. The french toast came with fresh fruit, it was so good. So worth it. Food came out fairly quickly for how busy they were. No troubles finding seating. Beautiful patio area, pretty views, had fire heater outside to keep warm in the cool morning. Well worth the stop!

Believe it!! It's that good. I got the bread pudding french toast ($15) and it was outstanding. Daughter got the Basic breakfast ($15) and really enjoyed it all. Other daughter got the Avocado and Salmon platter and has been talking about it all day. Good coffee too. Check them out next time you come to the Hole!

Gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous! This is a walk up, order at the counter, get a number kind of place. My name was called for our coffee, but a server brought our breakfast. I had a lavender oat milk latte that was perfect! My partner & I had the granola bowl with plums, strawberries & the best yogurt ever. We got a side of scrambled eggs & they were prepared perfectly. & to top it all off the fruit tart was seriously an experience. From the crumbly crust to the moist center I could eat it everyday! A fresh contemporary breakfast that still somehow feels like home. Well done Persephone!

Really liked the croissant and cinnamon raisin brioche. Their coffee was also good. If you have time to pass by this place, it’s nice to check it out for breakfast but go early. We went around 11 and it was packed. We had to wait in line to grab and go. It’s out of the way if you’re not staying in Teton Village.

What an amazing place I absolutely love the atmosphere here. It is such a cute little bakery and shop. This place is like none other it is so unique and a hidden gem for sure. It is a must try. They offer some very unique dishes here. The food is phenomenal and very different to any other place you can find. You must try this place it is to good to pass up.

This is such a gem in a small town, so glad I found this cafe! Love everything about it. Cute decor, lovely cafe vibe, fresh bakery, decent varieties, and more importantly very very good hazelnut latte. We had coffee and food here for breakfast, and I came back a little later for another coffee (hazelnut latte, a must!). That’s how good it was!

Definitely love that they have a wide variety of teas since I'm a tea person. Also loved their pastries. We came in the afternoon and there were still a good amount of items to chose from. I would definitely come again for the tea and relaxation!

Very nice aesthitic in a cute small building. The coffee and latte was very underwhelming. Just one roast and a pour yourself type deal. I also asked for the latte iced and it came hot. Definitely more of a baked goods and breakfast spot then a home town coffee place. If you're looking for better coffee the cowboy coffee is the place to go. I will say the food looked delicious and so did all the gourmet chocolates on the wall. Also VERY busy in the am especially on a weekend so keep that in mind.

One of the best bakeries I have ever visited. Their gluten-free options are so good. I had regular coffee and it was great. Whenever I am back in Jackson I am going to have coffee there. Give it a try!
