Taco John's

I stopped in on my way home to idaho, had to yell hello a few times but got our order taken & food was delish as usual, cause idaho falls DONT HAVE TACO JOHN'S anymore.....sad for me cause I have to travel out of state to get my FIX.

Brody waited on us last night. What a nice young man. And seemed to be a very caring employee. Wish more places had people like him

Taco johns is my favorite food and place to eat at and they always have good service there

Service was great. Taylor was friendly and helpful. She was obviously a new hire. Place was exceptionally clean. I would like to have had my drink before my meal but the fountain was shut down due to COVID restrictions

It's a shame your restaurant does not cater to these truck drivers. They're are the ones that brings your goods so you have products to run your store. Their vehicle cannot fit into your drive-thru. Personally I feel it's not smart to close the lobby at 7PM when your next to a truck stop with hungry truckers. Just very disappointed. Figures no one will reply 🙄.

Suppose to close at 10pm but the place was dead at 8pm. What the hell.

My boyfriend and I currently are regulars but not for long! The only good thing about this place is the food. The main problem is getting the food. We spend roughly $20 dollars a day there 5x a week. (we have a very specific order and they all know it) EVERY SINGLE MORNING we have to wait at least 5-10 minutes. And if you forget something and have to go back its another 5-10 minutes. By the time you get back to the food its cold. Better make sure you get everything in one go! We stood in the lobby this morning having a conversation with another regular this morning that also had to wait 10 minutes to get his order taken.

As far as the customer service, we normally receive normal customer service but the older lady that works there is rude! She asks the normal customer service questions but if you try to talk to her at all she responds like a zombie or just stares at you like you are the biggest inconvenience! Super disappointed in this place.

Normally it's fantastic, I highly prefer this store rather than the 2nd street. However whoever was running the show tonight, needs to make sure the team cares what kinda food they are putting out and their customer service.

Yall normally kill it, but really unimpressed with the whole experience tonight. The food was not good at all.

This was my first time at a Taco John. We don't have any in the area where I live. I tried the $1 chicken quesadilla snack which was really good. My husband got the steak street tacos and he said that they were really good. The bathrooms were clean in the restaurant was being cleaned while we were there. I would definitely try more food there

Went threw with my husband and asked what was all in the blackberry spoon bender and they couldn’t even tell us and said they didn’t know as well. Pulled up to the window to pay and they were doing nothing but making rude comments about how we didn’t know what the shake consisted of when they said they didn’t even know themselves, and continued to laugh obnoxiously and making comments in the background thinking we couldn’t hear.
