Taco John's

Didn't receive all the food I was charged for, didn't receive sauce that I requested. terrible service. avoid, go to the standalone taco John's in town or anywhere else.

Over 20 minutes to order
Over 20 minutes before food came
Another 15 minutes to wait for the ice cream they forgot.
Now waiting for GD spoon for my shake!
Every order around us was messed up as well.
Fortunately the food was pretty guide other than street tacos were cold....must have made those first:)

I ordered a side of sour cream and cheese sauce, it took 10mins to get it. By that time I was already done with my meal. The employee that helped me should have got it for me well I was paying. Who waits over 10mins for sour cream and cheese? I did. The manager should address this with their staff. It might be a small deal, but the principal is bigger then that.

Best food without the wait

On August 18th, 2019 I was in the drive through and ordered food for myself as well as my passenger. The total showed considerable more than what it should have been. I questioned it and “Savanah” replied with, “Do you want me to break out a calculator for ya?”
When I approached the window, she proceeded to berate me for not being able to do math in my head. (The screen had not updated at the speaker.)
She continued to chew me out and withhold my food until she was finished.
Rather than post this online, I tried on four occasions to contact the owner. No call was returned.
This woman was down right nasty.
The owners are well-respected in Gillette and should take heed in habit this woman manger their stores. She is not the type of person any business should have representing them.

My favorite restaurant to eat at whenever I visit home! But twice in a row the meat was cold and lightly portioned. The buns for the Taco Burgers were dry and overcooked. The Potato Oles were great though!

Facility was nice, the food wasn't great. Thought it was simular to a taco bell, which is a hispanic type food, but had no rice.... But i understand why its "taco johns" instead of "taco juans"! Service wasnt bad and we got our food in proper timing. Taco bell's food is a better, but taco johns interior style is nice!

Great food and service, clean and fast.

What a sloppy mess. There was so much mayo and mustard on my burger. I used 4 napkins.
My Oles were cold.

Come on man!!!

Forget all about Taco Bell. Sorry TB but since i have discovered Taco John's :) there is no other place I need to go to. We didn't have a Taco John's in Florida.
