Smiling Moose Deli / BurgerSear (Gillette)

It’s ok, but never one that is top of mind when thinking about lunch

We stopped by this place on our way home to Washington state. Great selection with even salads and vegan options, fresh ingredients,friendly and efficient staff! A great place to go if you have friends or family with different tastes and dietary needs!

Floor needed mopped. Mens restroom wouldn't lock. Paper towel dispenser was broken from wall. The place could use some maintenance. They were short staffed so a little slow. Food was good!

I used to eat here about twice a month.
A year ago I went in the bread was sliced half way down so that it held less than half of the goodies.
I tried again today. Orchard chicken tasted like that sandwich from Arbys only double the price. And once again very little 9n the I side. WIL NOT BE BACK

It's my new favorite go to when in town shopping. The GF baguette is tasty, good menu options, and I have not had a reaction yet, so they are good about cross contamination. It is night a gluten free kitchen, so be careful, but I've eaten there 4-5 times and not had any trouble!

Burger Sear is pretty good. Little pricey but good.

I had a double burger, 6" sub, med drink. 22$ and change. Food quality is pretty low and customer service is low even for Wyoming.

My Alpine dip came with gravy instead of auju. Also, the extras I added on top for an extra .75 a piece weren't on it. My bowl of soup that I ordered wasn't in the bag at all. Not to mention when I called she hung up on me. My husband went in to pick up my soup, and the girl gave him attitude. Looks like I will take my business elsewhere, spend less money, and probably get what I ordered.

Extreme inattentiveness by the cashier and then attitude by the kitchen staff. Specifically asked for all the toppings except mayonnaise. When the sandwich was brought out, there were no toppings other than mayonnaise. Cashier admitted fault, then the sandwich was remade and brought with no toppings at all. Informed the lady who brought out the second sandwich that I requested ALL the toppings except mayo. Brought out again with tomato lettuce and onion, nothing else. And attitude to top it off!

The food was good, but when I order a chicken salad I kinda expect to get more than 3 tiny pieces in it, and the lady looked annoyed at the fact that I said something about it. And I wasnt even rude, i was actually very nice. But the other staff was nice.
