The Crooked Cup is a small business that gives big flavors in Cheyenne! Lots of hot and cold drink options, and the coffee is fantastic. The French Press option is amazing for any coffee purist. The sandwiches are house made, with options for lunch and breakfast, making this a great stop for eating too.

Dropped in for coffee + a breakfast sandwich. Only 1 person was working this morning and shout out to him! He managed the line, making the food/drinks and slipping me the WiFi so I could work for a few while I waited. Only dropped a star because he indicated the French press was medium and it was super dark tasting. Sandwich was good! Solid toppings options (meats, veggies, pesto/cream cheese/hummus)

The espresso was great. The owner works the counter. Eloy ? I was presently surprised at the nice creamy top. Loved the home made muffin. I got a breakfast burrito to go. Great bargain for the price. Definitely going back. We came up from FoCo for the day. Great town.😁

I got the bumble bee iced. It was so good! My boyfriend got the daydream blended. It was gone in like 5 seconds. The muffins are great! The service was great! Would come back if we moved up here!

The Crooked Cup quickly became my favorite coffee shop in Cheyenne while I was in nursing school. The owners are very kind, personable, and somehow always remember you! The coffee is absolutely delicious; I never had a bad cup or burnt espresso served to me like at other places. The food is also excellent, especially the homemade kolaches! Would highly recommend.

I was visiting from Boston for a week and this shop quickly became my favorite coffee shop in the area! The coffee is delicious and the owner is very sweet and friendly. He memorized my order after only one day and it was great to chat together every morning. Highly recommend!

What a gem in Cheyenne! I see their posts on social media and decided to give them a try today. My kids got a mango smoothie and it was so fresh and delicious! I got an oatmilk latte with vanilla and that was also yummy! We also tried the bacon and sausage kolache as well as a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The food was absolutely scrumptious! The couple working the counter today were also sweet and helpful! This will be our new weekend breakfast spot for sure! Yum!

They make the BEST white chocolate lavender oat milk latte. They also have gluten free bagels which you can get as a breakfast sandwich. Such a great little coffee shop!

Straight deal on the Crooked Cup for vegetarians.
This is a "small chain" with several stores in northern Colorado which recently opened its first store in Wyoming here in downtown Cheyenne. I'm glad they did. The people working here are very nice and helpful, answering any questions I had.
Aside from some creative pastries there are a couple of meal items available which are meatless.
Veggie Kolache - an in store made puff pastry filled with mushrooms, spinach, tomato, and "white cheese" (it's white American cheese a.k.a. pasturized processed Swiss cheese). This was a tasty treat which they reheat for three minutes in their convection oven (not microwaved) and it puts a nice finish on it. It could be an entrée for small appetites and is reasonably priced at $3.75 I hope someday they will switch to any "white cheese" other than American White Cheese, such as Swiss, Provolone, or Mozzarella.
Egg & Potato breakfast burrito - filled with egg, potato, corn, sour cream, green chile, green pepper, and black beans. These are made at one of their stores in Colorado and brought to Cheyenne each morning by the owner. I asked and was told the green chile was meatless. It is served with salsa (if desired). This is a very tasty breakfast entrée and not overpriced at $5.25
I got a 16 Oz Cappuccino which comes with "two shots" which gave me a nice lift and was tasty enough to enjoy without any sweetener. They will ask if you want it "wet" or "dry" which refers to how much foam you prefer. This was one of the better coffees I've had in Cheyenne. If you're downtown this ranks with my other favorites. It's reasonably priced at $3.90
I've given them a suggestion to pass on to the owner, please identify vegetarian items on the menu so customers who want meatless items don't have to ask questions about each item he or she is interested in.
If they would take the suggestions about marking the menu for vegetarian items and use real cheese instead of "pasturized processed white cheese" I would raise their 4 stars I'm rating them to 5.
If your looking for a quick bite and good coffee, skip the big chain places and try here. I think you'll enjoy it. I did. 😀 Bon Appétit.

I love the coffee. I've never had a bad experience at The Crooked Cup. I often stop after work in the summer and the espresso is smooth and nutty, great in iced drinks. The owner is always friendly and fun to chat with. I even got a foam heart on my latte.
