City Brew Coffee

On the occasion that I received the wrong drink I contacted the company. They responded with kate g. saying she wanted to make it right but when I emailed my address she ignored my email. When I contacted the company again to find out what happened Kate lied and said she never got my email so I responded again with providing my address. Kate did nothing. Starbucks makes mistakes but they will take action to make it right. City brew HATES the customer and it shows. Btw Kate's manager called me when I pointed out the dishonesty and made it seem like I was lying. I forwarded the sent emails showing Kate lied and they have done nothing. I still have not received the drink I ordered in June.

Better food choices than most coffee places in town. Try the skinny sandwich.

Today I went in and had the best of service! I made sure to specifically get the name of the girl who took my order and it was a micayla! I was greeted as I walked in and she kept great conversation! She made great recommendations for me! Saying the grizzly granita was a great choice and boy oh boy was she right!! I will be back and hope to see the same customer service that micayla exhibited!

I don't usually sip brew at the corporate spots, but City Brew has good coffee and the staff are super cool. They have been playing dreadful Christmas music as of late, otherwise I have no complaints.

This place has friendly workers but they get my order wrong just about every other time I come here and they are SO INCREDIBLY SLOW!!! Make sure if you are getting an iced drink that you tell them it is iced at least 15 times or they will make it hot.... this has happened to me FOUR TIMES! Going back to Starbucks.

Good shop, pleasant staff. Wish they had more variety of roast (the harvest is good) but most people who visit coffee shops don't buy straight coffee and their mixed drinks are good.

My Carmel Macchiato Frappuccino was one of the Best I've had. Customer Service was Amazing

Went for a Jeeps and Java meeting. Had a mocha frappe and it was yummy. Tried a chocolate chip cookie also. It was great and huge. Nice place with a great atmosphere.
