City Brew Coffee

STILL MY FAVORITE!! I travel all around the Midwest and stop at every different coffee shop I can find. City brew is my favorite coffee shop, especially the one in cheyenne. Staff is awesome and drinks are even better then awesome…
if there is such a thing(?).

I love to meet my friend here for our weekly coffee dates. We used to religiously go to Starbucks. However, as my extreme anxiety disorder has worsened over the past year (see my review of Starbucks below), City Brew is now our choice! French, the manager, always has a smile on her face and is very friendly as are the rest of the staff! When you walk up to the counter someone is already there to take your order! This is my new favorite place to meet my friend!

The service, and my coffee, were great! Ariana was friendly and made sure she got my order correct. I hardly had any wait time at all for my drinks to be made, and they were delicious! They have a wide variety of drinks to choose from. The coffee shop is conveniently located and was very clean with a friendly atmosphere.

I like this place. The coffee is good and the employees are friendly for the most part. However, they lose two stars because they never have whole milk and rarely brew dark roasts.

Our favorite coffee chain!! Way better than Starbucks!! Black Hills Mocha, Merry Mint Mocha, and Campfire Mochas are our favorite!

Great customer service, the baristas make the coffee/smoothies super fast and always have a positive attitude/smile (under the mask). The lobby is open with limited seating to ensure the safety of everyone. The line is much quicker than Starbucks, and about the same price. Their mocha with raspberry is delicious as well as their mango smoothie. Contribute to a local company instead of the monopolizing corporations!

I love how friendly and warm the environment at City Brew is. This is the second or third time I've taken my Service dog in while I relax with a hot drink to do some work and I've been welcomed with lots of friendly smiles and great service. My only complaint is I wish they'd give dogs a different treat then Milk Bones. They're really bad for dogs and I enjoy giving my pup a treat while I enjoy mine. Please get better treats to hand out to our furry friends 🥰🐕‍🦺

Who makes a latte with 2% without request?!?!
Adult supervision is definitely needed at this store. Employees were rude, disconcerted with customers, slow, lackadaisical, and gave me a cold latte. The store was nearly as slow as can be and their drive through time was over 7 minutes and the lobby wait time was just as long.

Nice to see a business in Cheyenne following county health department edict. Coffee great. Breakfast sandwich about what one expects. Cinnamon bun looked fabulous but alas. Only caveat... vendor shows up to deliver raw materials and he has no mask. The chain is only so strong as its weakest link. Still, I’ll be back.

I love it here. The chai is sooooo good and they customer service is even better.
