Bella Goose Coffee - Cafe on the River

I love Bella Goose, food is delicious and freshly made, which adds the best of flavors. Drinks are also great, especially coffee. Plus the place is comfy, cute with a beautiful view of the River. Awesome! We visit every time we are in the Dells.

That waffle!!!

You want to talk about the view? Great. Perfect for sitting and sipping. I made a gif of the water flowing over the dam and flags waving...it is the background on my computer. It's that good of a view.

You want to talk about the coffee? The resorts have their own blends from Bella Goose. I drove home with three bags of beans. I went back twice on one day to try the iced drinks thinking no one can make hot AND iced drink this good. *Sidenote, I was wrong.

You want to talk about people and atmosphere? "Filter people not coffee" is one shirt slogan. The bathrooms are labeled "human" instead of men/women. They ask you about the type of foam you want on your latte as they make it, not like those fastfood Seattle joints.

But what you NEED to know is about the waffle. I have had it with berries, pecans, plain. This is a waffle people write home about and write poems about. This is the waffle that will visit you in dreams and make you consider another vacation to the Dells. It is the Platonic form of a waffle.

Almost brown-sugary sweet, you will consume it without ever resting your fork back upon your plate. The amber syrup naturally blends itself with the whipped cream to create a harmony of sugar that is both fluffy and rich.

View? Yes.
Atmosphere? Yes.
People? Yes.
Waffle? Hell yes!!

Bella Goose is a great place for coffee & food. I chose the Veggie Bowl without the eggs & honey cinnamon latte with oatmilk, all very good. The people seem genuinely happy to be there & were so pleasant. They were busy at brunch & I think that is because of the great food & the nice people.

Bella Goose has the best coffee. They do not burn their coffee beans like other places. They certainly have the best salted Carmel latte (bravo) around! They serve it in a nice big mug with whip cream, and carmel syrup on top. The employees are wonderful and their work ethic is very family oriented and professional. Best place for coffee related stuff and breakfast, lunch and dinner items!

I have not expected to see real baristas here, but I did. Bella Goose offers really good espresso.
Staff is nice and polite, food is tasty.
Only one thing I would change, it will be nice if there is bigger variety of sandwiches in the menu.

Upscale coffee with an amazing views of the lake and falls. I just had coffee which was delicious. Not a ton of parking... there are a few signed parking spots.

I ordered an iced caramel latte. It was great! The view of the river is nice and the vibe is clean and modern with merch available like coffee, syrups, and mugs. Definitely will visit again when in the area. ☕
