We visited Good Day Café twice on opening week, both for breakfast. The first visit, we had the Trio Skillet with a pancake side (pictured) and the Breakfast Burrito with the fresh fruit side (pictured). The second visit, we had the Challah Bread French Toast, Little Brunchers (kid meal) French Toast Sticks, Greek Skillet, and Chopped Steak both with pancake sides.

Pros: Both skillets were very good, with our favorite being the Greek because it was unique and flavorful. The pancake (sides) were light and fluffy. The side fresh fruit was a good portion and variety of fruit, and the little brunchers french toast was a huge portion! Honestly, large/satisfying portions all around.

Cons: The breakfast burrito was bland and very greasy. It was very messy to eat as the extra grease was dripping everywhere, and I expected more flavor especially with the chorizo. The Challah bread french toast was also disappointing because it wasn't light and fluffy as I expected it to be. I couldn't tell with certainty, but it almost tasted stale.

Especially on the second visit, the cafe was very busy so we tried to give the waitresses some patience and grace. With that being said, we waited over 10 minutes at our table before even being addressed, and another 10 minutes before she allowed us to order drinks. After ordering, we waited over 45 min for our food. Our neighboring table ordered before we were seated and still didn't have their food as our food arrived - we felt really bad! There was a lack of attention to detail (i.e. we asked for fruit on the side and it wasn't, our pancakes and eggs were initially not delivered with the rest of our meal and we had to ask for them). We don't expect this to be an issue in the future so I didn't deduct any stars for service, but we look forward to improvements if we go back.

This restaurant just opened recently, so we were expecting a few bumps in the road. We were greeted immediately and seated right away. Our servers were so friendly and the menu had so many delicious and unique options!
The food was absolutely AMAZING. Every single thing we ordered was delicious, hot, fresh, and perfect.
The coffee was the best I've had in a while.
My only regret is that I was too full to order anything else! I'm very excited for my next visit and to try the lunch options! I really hope this place is successful and stays for a long time!!

I spent many a late night at Perkins in my angsty youth and was intrigued to see how the new spot compared.

I was pleasantly surprised with the updated decor and my overall experience at Good Day Café.

I was there for breakfast and ordered the avocado toast, which was really good -- the eggs come over easy, and I asked for them over medium and ordered a side of bacon, crispy please! And they followed my instructions perfectly.

The toast had ample amounts of avocado smeared on top, and was the perfect portion for breakfast. I also tried one of my friend's pancakes and they were quite tasty.

The menu had something for everyone, from sweet to savory. I definitely look forward to going back.

I will say that if you're going on a weekend, be prepared to wait a bit -- but it's worth it!

The food was delicious! LOADED with flavor! Prices are reasonable! When we arrived on Sunday it was very busy but we can see why! Ordered the steak skillet and it was AMAZING! Fruit Mimosa is total worth it!! Can't wait to go back!!

Food has a good presentation. West Bend needs more breakfast and brunch places, I'm happy to have this establishment! I came in for breakfast with a friend, went to pick up my son from school for lunch, and came right back the same hour :)
Cinnamon roll French toast was phenomenal
Avocado toast tasted very off, and I sent it back immediately (spoiled or something). I kept the red potatoes, which were great. I ordered some salsa and sour cream to accompany the potatoes.
The corn beef hash, I felt like it could be a bigger serving 😁, but good.
The pancakes was not skimping on the butter 💯

If you have not gone to the good day Cafe you need to make your way there! The service was super friendly, and even with a longer wait it, it did not take very long to be seated! The food was very fresh and delicious! Everything was flavorful and did not disappoint. I had the salmon and eggs and my husband had the blueberry waffle. Both were perfect portions that leave you feeling full and satisfied. Their jam is homemade wonderfully tart and their butter, let's just say it's the best butter I have ever had and I didn't know what it was at first(I had to ask)..so light, airy, and creamy. Cannot wait to keep coming back for more!

Jen and Allie have always been great to us! Honestly don’t think we will ever stop coming! The owners really know how to run this business 😊

My cousin recommended this place and it was as good as he said it was! Fair price, SUPER friendly staff, and very clean. We will definitely be returning. I have to try the grilled salmon and eggs!

Today we had a very nice breakfast. I would recommend the The Good Day Cafe. They do need to offer Wi-Fi to their guests.
Their Facebook page is very new and was hard to find.
Cafe has handicap parking handicap access handicap enabled restaurant. clean restaurant clean bathrooms good service comfortable seating.
Seating hostess was highly stressed and had strong odar of cigarettes. Restaurant needs soft background music.
I complimented the food quality but waitress did not share comments with kitchen staff.

Went here to try the new place for breakfast.
I like hashbrowns, this place only offers little red potatoes sliced like fries.
So I got the burger.
It was a 1/2 pound of ahh.
Need to put on a lot of salt.
Best part my French fries were cold and gross.
I'm someone who never leaves fries. I ate two.
Plus my water tasted like soap.

I did not have a good experience.
