Colectivo Coffee - Wauwatosa (68th St)

Staff is friendly. Good place to meet up with people or get work done. The fireplace and indoor/outdoor seating areas are great features, too. However, as with most Colectivo locations, trying to find parking and a place to sit are typically the most challenging (and sometimes very frustrating) aspects.

My friend is moving to the area. Great coffee house! And, our wait person was so nice (to us, 3 older ladies). Pleasant, not rushing us at all. Thanks much.

First timer to this shop today and I had a delicious bacon egg and cheese English muffin to go along with my drip coffee. You can tell they care about your food/drink and are doing everything right in terms of keeping the place sanitized and safe right now. No stupid sizes names either, just the names you expect.

Very nice workers here, very calm and relaxing, I love the drinks and food here they're very healthy and it tastes amazing. I would highly recommend this place!

EDIT: I was forced to remove a start as a result of the fact that the entire sitting area stinks of natural gas (no doubt from the large fire places and pits). Nice and modern, with accommodations for just hanging out as well as for getting work done. Specifically there are plentiful tables at which to work with power outlets everywhere, but also multiple fireplaces and plush seating options. The building fits in well with the surrounding neighborhood, and is right next to a decent MCTS nexus, as well.

Fantastic local/neighborhood coffee shop with the best coffee and coffee bar drinks in town because of consistently excellent baristas. Fabulous food choices throughout the day, but especially for a light breakfast and a good lunch. Great atmosphere, and location...outdoor seating with outdoor fire pit used year 'round.

I love all the Colectivos for being unique but having the same great atmosphere and delicious coffee and food, but this one is closest to me and I really miss hanging out inside it.

Easily one of the best coffee places in Tosa, their food is amazing and they've adapted amazingly with Covid to keep things safe and still provide amazing service.

Colectivo really has service and quality down to a science. The staff is exceptional here, like every Colectivo I've patronized. I love their Toro espresso whole bean coffee. At this particular location they have a nice outdoor patio with gas fireplace. I often meet and talk to others there. This location also serves three different styles of their own beer here as well (Colectivo Keg Co.). My favorite being the One Tun Pale Ale.

Very disappointed. Frequent this spot about 4-5 times a month and have never had an issue with my dog being with me inside as he is always underneath my son's stroller. This morning it seems, an older Caucasian female took notice and felt the need to express how wrong it is to have my dog with me. Now, I never feel the need to identify him as a service animal, nor do I legally need to. Seeing as how he has been with us every other time inside this location I felt a bit disturbed by her issuance that I leave him outside. Also, she asked that I wait outside while my food and drinks were prepared, which made me a bit annoyed, but I can understand her point of views in lieu of me not stating my dogs service animal status. However, if you are going to ask me to wait outside in the damp muggy morning for my purchase, then at least have the decency to bring me my things when they are ready. What really made me upset was that after waiting about 10 minutes (and seeing my food and drink sit on the counter inside getting cold) noone made an attempt to bring them to me. As I was going back inside to get them, the lady who asked me to wait outside looked right past me and walked away. Unacceptable customer service standards and I will not be back. Very disappointed and felt very disrespected.

Good coffee, comparable prices to national chains. This location has wonderful staff. It can get crowded on Sunday mornings, though. Outdoor fireplace is nice, even in the winter.
