The customer service at this store is horrible.
I purchased over $200 worth of stuff...loaded my car and realized I forgot to give them my 15% off coupon
I went back in the store, with my receipt and asked them to honor it. They refused. Told me I had to bring everything back in...return it and re-buy it if I wanted the % off. Absolutely ridiculous !!!!

Interesting concept! It's a huge warehouse style store with almost everything conceivable for interior home design. It reminds me of those places the HGTV people go to find deals. I'm not sure, however, I got a deal but it was a fun place to shop.

Can feel a bit messy at times but that makes sense when people are constantly pulling things out and putting them back when they find something else they like. Prices are a bit high at times for the quality but you can't really complain about the available options in each isle.

At Home is a store where you will find the likes of things that furnish any home on HGTV. From rugs and frames, to chairs and planters, At Home has pretty much all the home decor you can handle. Of course the best time to go is the end of the season sales and during the holidays. Their holiday selections can't be beat (specially Halloween).

They have an amazing inventory to choose from, but some areas are very unorganized and messy. Some areas you have to look over and under and push things aside to see what else they have. Other then that, I always enjoy my my time there and find something to walk out with. 😊

Customer service sucks. Bought $150 worth of stuff, had 15% off coupon. Told the male cashier I would be back later, could I use the coupon? He said yes but then forgot to give it to me. Did go back to buy a $100 rug and wouldn't honor my 15% off. Store is a mess and staff is rude. Wont go back again and DON'T RECCOMEND! Shop elsewhere

The visit was great! However, I don't understand why they can't print receipts from outside instead of going inside all the time. Just a suggestion.

Great deals, but a lot of the store is blocked off. You can't get items you need.

They have loads of stuff for your home decor, but the store smells like a grandmother convention. If you do not tolerate the aroma of multiple perfumes well you should avoid this place.

Great selection of items throughout the store!!! But its a hot mess. Stuff all over the floor in almost every isle and carts full of stuff throughout the whole store. Terrible organization. Not enough employees. HR definitely needs to staff more.
