Vino Latte

This is an excellent coffee house in Wausau with a vast wine selection as well. The food is very high quality also. I highly recommend the vanilla hazelnut breve and the Mediterranean turkey wrap!

Service was fine, ambience was nice, food was just ok. Very basic, lacked flavor, but at least it was prepared, not greasy gut rot. Coffee was alright. I wouldn’t bother going back, but it was fun to check out a new place.

Love this place. The food has always been delicious. Great coffee drinks and wine selection. They have a monthly wine club that is fun.

If we lived in the area, my husband & I both agree, this would easily become "our spot" to be regulars at for our coffee needs! Just passing through on our way back to Chicago, and stopped for a java pick-me-up, and quickly fell in love with the Vino Latte!

We tried these dense amazingly delicious Chia Flax Chocolate Peanut Butter Coconut cookie ball things where you get 3 for $ 1.99! She even warmed them up for us, so decadent & ooie gooie!
And they have the best soft, thickly ginormous homemade chocolate chip cookies! Tastes just like mom makes!
They did have menus with hot food, paninis and such, but we were just popping in and out and back on the road again.
I did notice they had a small private meeting room that patrons could use, and another room with walls lined in wine! The whole interior from floor to ceiling was lined in wine bottles! I think they do tastings here too, not sure.
They do have nice free WiFi too! That was a tiny bonus, but we had been waaaaaaaay up in the northern boonies at the cabin without any service, so it was nice to re-enter civilization and get some interwebs!

If we are ever going through this town again, we would definitely make a stop!

Food was great. Great place to have time to have conversation with friends.

The grown-up grilled cheese was good. The bottle beer selection could be expanded, but it is a wine/coffee shop so it's understandable. Wine by the glass is a bit expensive.

Last 2 times I have been here terrible I dont even know where to start first of all the manger should be embarrassed to say she is a manager how rude and lazy did not want to help me figure out allergy safe smoothie the smoothies I spent $30 on smoothies for to just be straight sugar and upset our stomachs and when they made smoothies yes they had plastic glove on but with her plastic glove she dug right inside the yogurt with no spoon or anything like seriously lazy much

Great ambiance. I meet with colleagues here fairly often and we relax, drink coffee and chat. The staff is always kind and the drinks are excellent.

Prices on food, especially breakfast, are amazing. This was my first visit, and I'd surely return.
