Vino Latte

Vino is one of my favorite coffee/wine shops in Wausau. Their roaster is out of MN and they have many different types of roasts and flavored roasts to choose from.

Their food menu is amazing as well, I always look forward to their soups and homemade balsamic dressing! Definitely keep an eye out for their wine events too, you won't want to miss out!

Prepare for some amazing coffee and treats! Yum!

Delicious espresso drinks and smoothies -- really enjoyed the German chocolate mocha, raspberry avalanche, and berry-peanut butter with flax seed. The artwork and interior decor were highly appealing and inviting, as expected of a cafe. Friendly and patient staff. Very clean environment. I would recommend several of the sandwich and wrap options -- we tried the black bean sandwich, crunchy veggie wrap, and adult grilled cheese, to name a few. Looking forward to stopping by again on the next trip through Wausau; perhaps will try one of the many wine options.

Great atmosphere and cool workers. The place isn't very busy and the dark wood makes it have a specialty feel. I grabbed a double shot of espresso and read my Bible. It was a relaxing place and all the wine bottles make it look really cool 😎

The atmosphere is quite relaxing. The menu includes a nice selection of light food, fresh coffee, specialty espresso drinks, and a temperature controlled wine bar. Wine tastings are held occasionally, and there is a very nice selection of wines for sale.

There is also a private room that can be rented for special events or meetings.

Come alone with a good book, visit with friends, or have a party. You will enjoy coming back again and again.

Went here for breakfast. The frittata sounded good. Little did I know it would come covered by a full salad. Cut back on the greens a bit. Just spinach maybe. But the pesto was amazing. I left full and contented from a healthy breakfast option.

Great options, from sandwiches for lunch to omelets for breakfast to homemade pizzas (starting at 5 pm) for dinner! Their arrangement of seating is beautifully designed and you can reserve seating upstairs. Pretty clean, healthy options that are still filling ( they do have vegetarian options as well). Lots of coffee options and even wine to boot! If you're still hungry they have a small selection of desserts to choose from as well. They also gave outlets for phones and laptops as well as free wifi for those who are always on the go. There might be a wait but its always worth it. Highly reccomended!

Got the breakfast ciabatta and toffee cream iced espresso, which were both fantastic! Staff was also very friendly. They have a nice selection of wines and whiskey as well.

I had not been back to Wausau for 15 years and we chose this as a meeting place for our family coming from various places, pre-dinner. The wine selection looks pretty good, some non-traditional brands here. They have light food options and wine by the glass as well as the coffee bar.
I had NO expectation of good coffee in Wausau, call me a coffee snob (exactly like I am!), but...several of us had coffee drinks. A latte, cappuccino and espresso shots. All were great. The foam was perfect, minute bubble and nice and dry. The espresso shot was smooth, not too acidic and not "burnt".
We had a light snack tray that was pretty good. The decor was nice, kind of cozy which felt like a home more than a business. The place was very clean! It was a very good experience all the way around. The photos I've attached are not very good as they were kind of an after thought. (been back since first review, same experience but last time we had unpleasant server, this time it was the same person and a positive experience) We'll keep coming back if the service is with a smile!
