Really amazing coffee, love the atmosphere every time I go in. This place has amazing coffee as well as one of the best breakfast sandwiches you can get. Excellent service as well by Sophia, fantastic barista!

I’ve been served lukewarm-cold drip more often than not and have also been overcharged multiple times and this hasn’t only happened during the rush.

The food CAN be good but not predictably so. The steak and eggs can be delicious one day or overly greasy on another. The scones are at times incredible or they are stale and offensive. I want to get coffee and food from a place that is reliably good, otherwise I am gambling with my time, money, and leisure. And like the other review said it’s a rough way to start the day when you spend 32 dollars on coffee and food, and it’s less than “eh”.

Such an amazing coffee shop, adorable atmosphere, the food is just as good as the coffee ! My barista Sophia gets my order right every time. I think she deserves a raise.

Great coffee...food and pastries are very good. Little worried about them messing with the dishes we love. Seems like restaurants will make some amazing dishes and then switch meat/bread/sauce/proportions/etc and wreak something that was awesome or drop the item. Classic example is Panera. Grace has been probably the most successful business for opening and expanding in Madison during a pandemic if that tells you anything.

Love this location & all the plants and cool art! Josh and Leticia are best, always very helpful/knowledgeable. I always leave happier after seeing them!

Can't speak much on the shop itself but we ordered a giant Cinnamon roll for $10 expecting it to taste like a Cinnamon roll but when we got it it looked like a loaf of bread with frosting smeared on the top. We would have brushed off the looks if it tasted good, but it didn't. The bread was super dry and crumbled, and the frosting was too sour to be on a Cinnamon roll. There was basically no Cinnamon in the bread either. The only good part was the frosting, it just didn't fit with the bread. Overall didn't live up to my expectations, will not be ordering that again.

I went in for my first time today and the staff was so kind that I almost forgot that we weren’t friends, lol. Other than that, the food was great and the vibes were immaculate!
