I wore a mask into the store and while ordering. They forgot to include a muffin with my order. When I went up to ask for the muffin I simply forgot to put my mask back on. As I asked for my muffin, a young woman behind the counter told me to put on a mask. Although I was not offended by her doing so, her tone was commanding and condescending. She certainly could have been more courteous and less aggressive in her approach. When I told her that I would put it on after I got the part of the order they forgot, she told me I did not belong in the store. Btw- no one bothered to apologize for forgetting my muffin. Instead- the manager was more concerned about my momentary forgetfulness regarding my mask.
There is nothing pleasant about mask mandates- for either customers or employees. But really- lose the mask police attitude!

I love Grace, the food is so good, and the atmosphere is awesome. But I’ve been actually very disappointed with the quality of the food. There have been a couple occasions (3 times) where I have found long hair in my acai bowls and my veggie wraps have been warm on the inside, but when I bit into it, it half of the veggies were still frozen. It was the most unpleasant experience of my life. I’d rather wait in line 3 more minutes if that meant my food would be pleasing to bite into, and with the hair situation. I’m scared to even get another acai bowl. It has ruined the experience with the amount of times I’ve received hair as a condiment.

Another excellent Grace location. All their pastries are amazing especially their fruit danishes, popper crossaints, everything bagel crossaints, and chocolate croissants. On weekends they sometimes have specialty crossaints so I always keep an eye on their Instagram page. We love when they have their beef empanadas available and their chocolate caramel cake is to die for. Good coffee too, I like the white chocolate mocha with oat milk.

First impression: a fine place to work but ordered to go this time. Their blueberry scone was above my expectations with only a hint of sugar! I’m coming back soon…

Had an amazing breakfast wrap with hash brown bites! Lovely place with great service and food.

Love the breakfast tacos and sandwich. Coffee is OK, place is expensive but the vibe is nice inside! Scones are real dry but that might be the style they’re going for.

Best coffee we've had since we've moved to Sun Prairie! Food is also really good. Plus, they take a picture of our dog every time we go through the drive-through which earns major points with us! You'd be be doing yourself a disservice going to Starbucks instead of Grace!

Not my first time there....not my first time unimpressed. Thinking they deserved a second chance I ordered 2 pumpkin spice lattes at 2pm on Friday. The first one came hot but not tasting anything like a pumpkin spice latte, the second arrived about 4 minutes later, was barely warm and again tasted nothing like what I ordered. I dumped it. Too bad. I thought it would be great to have an alternative to Starbuck’s.

Tried out GCC for the first time today and I’m saddened I haven’t been a “regular” here sooner! Friendly workers, classic coffee house ambiance, and knockout food/pastries/drinks.
I tried out their Lavender Latte and it’s a total 5/5 to me. Their croissants are worth the “treat yourself” pick-me-up you’re sorely looking for.
Thank you, kind folks at Grace, I’m addicted.

Amazing! The pastries are huge, fresh, and can definitely compete with some of Madison’s long time bakeries. Not any pricier than many sub-par places. You truly get what you pay for here.
