Analog Ice Cream and Coffee: A Unique Blend of Coffee and Ice Cream
Analog Ice Cream and Coffee is a local coffee shop located in Sister Bay, Wisconsin. The shop is known for its unique blend of coffee and ice cream, which makes it a popular spot for both locals and tourists. The shop is open seven days a week, with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
The coffee at Analog is made from high-quality beans, and the baristas are skilled in creating a variety of espresso-based drinks. The shop also offers a selection of teas and hot chocolate for non-coffee drinkers. Customers can choose from a variety of milk options, including oat milk, almond milk, and soy milk.
Aside from coffee, Analog is also known for its delicious ice cream. The shop offers a variety of flavors, including the popular butter pecan and "No sleep till Brooklyn". Customers can also choose to have their ice cream in a cone or cup, or as an affogato, which is a shot of espresso poured over a scoop of ice cream.
Aside from coffee and ice cream, Analog also offers a selection of baked goods, including muffins and pastries. The shop has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they are always happy to help customers choose the perfect drink or treat.

Most creative ice cream flavors in door county and the best bang for your buck is the mix tape where you get a cookie and a large scoop for 5 dollars. On par with Door County Creamery.

Great local coffee shop that offers coconut milk at a dairy alternative (great in the white mocha and caramel latte). Fast, friendly service with a cute atmosphere and great outdoor seating area.

Tried two drinks, medium latte and ginger chai latte. The Medium latte tasted like 2 oz of espresso and 12-14 oz of hot milk, barely froathed with huge air pockets (no thank you). I couldn't tell if the espresso was pulled correctly since it just tasted like milk. The ginger chai latte was way too sweet for us, but possibly ok for others. We asked if it was sweet - no - it was; just be aware.

I only give one star because they don’t update their Google or Yelp info during winter. Both these search engines say Analog is open in winter. But they are not. This is a reminder that anyone in Door County in winter should always call first. Many businesses don’t update their business info on Google or Yelp to change their winter hours. This can lead to a frustrating drive to a locked door.

Solid baristas with good coffee. Very small with few tables. The sweets are crazy good. You should try these guys out. I always come out of this place happy. Hmmm?

Nice spot to grab a quick coffee. They don't have cold brew.

Good pastries and ice cream but coffee is too expensive and does not taste good.

Fantastic flavors help this creamery compete with a lot of other tasty choices. I have also received word from my coffee-drinking relatives that the beans are banging.

Efficient and tasty coffee stop with a big menu for its size. Had the turmeric and ginger chai which was very good.
