Analog Ice Cream and Coffee: A Unique Blend of Coffee and Ice Cream
Analog Ice Cream and Coffee is a local coffee shop located in Sister Bay, Wisconsin. The shop is known for its unique blend of coffee and ice cream, which makes it a popular spot for both locals and tourists. The shop is open seven days a week, with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
The coffee at Analog is made from high-quality beans, and the baristas are skilled in creating a variety of espresso-based drinks. The shop also offers a selection of teas and hot chocolate for non-coffee drinkers. Customers can choose from a variety of milk options, including oat milk, almond milk, and soy milk.
Aside from coffee, Analog is also known for its delicious ice cream. The shop offers a variety of flavors, including the popular butter pecan and "No sleep till Brooklyn". The shop has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they are always happy to help customers choose the perfect drink or treat.

Seems like Analog takes negative reviews as a joke rather than learning from it as constructive criticism. I poured my espresso shot which was good in my husband's cappuccino which was terrible. Ended up being a waste of both, cappuccino was no better than watered down milk.

Nice coffee shop in downtown Sister Bay. Chai and pasteurized are good. A little expensive—costs something like $7 for a small or medium chai with oat milk.

Analog is our go-to for coffee in Sister Bay. Rachael and her crew do an exceptional job to keep the crowds moving through her fun cafe. Aside from the drinks, don't miss out on all the freshly baked pastries that are available each day right from the kitchen. The maple cookies are insane, the energy bars will pick you up in the middle of the day, and the chocolate croissant will give you a little taste of Paris. Don't forget to go back for ice cream. Everyone in your party will find a flavor they enjoy.

An excellent stop for quality coffee and ice cream with friendly service.
Shown is the “no sleep ‘til Brooklyn”, an affogato by another name, with choice of ice cream.

Stopped for ice cream and a coffee.
Can't go wrong with chocolate shop ice cream period.
The coffee was amazing.
Cute shop.
Friendly staff.
I recommend it.

I ordered a black coffee and it tastes as if it was brewed very weakly. It's hard to justify spending over $3 on a premium coffee that tastes like it wasn't brewed quite right...

Yuuuuum. And yum. I ate here 3 days in a row. No shame. Open till 10...even better. One Sunday night we made our way there to find them closed at 9:00. We reluctantly drove up the road to another place. It would've been better to have had none at all. This will be the only place I get ice cream when I return for my annual visit. Thanks for being delicious and exhibiting really amazing service.

Great coffee and a nice variety of bakery treats. Ice Cream is also from Chocolate Shoppe so you can't go wrong with that either!

Really tasty ice cream... didn't try their coffee. Had an after early dinner dessert. A couple unique flavors. A bit pricey, but a generous "single scoop".
